Can’t speak highly enough of Bill. Very friendly and professional, always on time and reliable. Bill fitted a new bathroom and downstairs WC for us and was very helpful with making sure we chose the correct fittings/ dimensions etc. He even took me to the showroom to swap tiles when I decided I didn’t like the ones I had originally bought, midway through the job! I would highly recommend Kirby & Co - it has been a good experience from start to end.

I was very pleased with the installation of my new shower which was done very efficiently and neatly. I would recommend this firm to anyone.Furthermore, when Bill installed my new electric shower I told him about a problem with the shower head on the bath. He said it needed a new hose which he would obtain for me. Today he arrived with a new hose and fitted it for me free of charge. Now that's what I call Customer service.

Phil was extremely helpful with my blocked toilet which was embarrassing but put my mind at ease. He then kindly fixed a shelf that I was having trouble assembling.
