What even are their opening hours? Closed at quarter past 3, not the first time I have found it closed when advertised as Open. Staff are unfriendly and stock is poor.

Shocking place, must mop the floor with piss. and the staff are dirty and dont know how to treat people. also prices change fluctuate on the daily.

Absolute disgrace of a shop! No customer service skills at all. Had a banner stating under new management, there won’t be a business left to manage with the new owner in charge. Won’t be shopping here ever again!

Poor customer service and attitude. I asked if I could cash in a scratch card. He asked how much. I said I didn’t know. He said “ no cash in till sorry”. Rubbish. I was then about to also spend about £30 on stamps but said “ ok I’ll go to Tesco Express instead and spend my money there ”. I won’t be going back. Scratch card cash in makes no money for him so he couldn’t be bothered.
