They need to put the building number on so that people aren't walking around for 15 minutes, walking past it multiple times and trying to figure out where it is.

Ash the building Manager is a delight and a credit to his organsation. Nothing is to much of a ask for Ash either! The building would lose its soul and personatily if Ash ever left his position.

Confusing notice about how to gain entrance to the building on the front door: one tenant shouldn't be able to stick instructions on the front door that appear at first glance to apply to the entire building. And the number of cigarette butts thrown on the pavement and steps outside the building is, frankly, disgusting. Not exactly calculated to give a professional veneer to proceedings. Apparently, the building manager organises multiple sweep-ups throughout the day. But here's a better idea: either ban smoking in the vicinity of the entrance steps altogether or, if really necessary, provide butt bins so people can dispose of their filth properly. The hijacked entrance instructions and the grubby entrance itself mean an otherwise decent-looking building just looks cheap and shabby.
