use this shop often, friendly staff, i am always greates with a smile. i think the staff are doing a great job under the current pandemic situation. i hope they get the prise they deserve.

Having read some of the reviews I am puzzled by their comments. I have always found the service to be helpful, cheerful and courteous.The shop is clean and its nice to have a shop that doesn't close mid afternoon!

The new staff they have in there are very rude. I've been getting bits from this shop for years and staff have always been pleasant, until very recently. I don't know if they've had a change of staff but yea, the new woman in there seems very off.

The young lady that works here is extremely rude. When I entered the shop, she followed me around always glancing at me.Then when I payed she scanned every item, put it in a bag, then told me she didn’t know what she put in the bag, so made me take out every item and then compared all of the items to the receipt. Everything added up and I left.Terrible service that made me feel like I was a thief!

I was very disappointed with the service I received,the manager was very unhelpful and I felt like I was not valued as a customer,it seems like everything and everyone was too much trouble.
