Very pleased with the service and customer support. I love the outfit and the bag. I will certainly be coming back for more. Fareed is a perfect gentleman from the moment he walked through the door he helped us and sorted us out we walked out very happy customers and inn sha Allah we will be back for the wedding in the summer

The so called “owner” Fareed who is one self obsessed rotten guy. His attitude is absolutely disgusting. Does not have any respect what’s so ever. Is very rude and raises voice at customers. He is a vile human being!

5 stars only for their staff who are very kind and helpful but I don’t really like the owner. He’s so rude and disrespectful for no reason!

Fareed the owner . His attitude is absolutely disgusting. Does not have any respect what’s so ever. Is very rude and raises voice at customers. He is a vile .When I asked to pay card he said they didn’t take card but when I went to another shop same company they took me to the first shop and when I asked him why he said he didn’t take card he just said that he didn’t want to and he wouldn’t give me a receipt I know you can’t refund or exchange I just need the receipt that’s all , but he still wouldn’t give me one and so rude he doesn’t have any customer service quality at all!!! Can’t believe how rude!!!

The owner has disgusting customer service and attitude! He treats his women employees like slaves in public by ordering. Also, despite being reminded of being illegal demanding cash payment asks customers to get the cash from a cash machine. Tells customers stuff like he will not do any exchange or a refund which is against the UK laws. I think local authorities need to pay him a visit for these reasons and check out what's going on with those poor women working at the store.

Lots of stylish modern clothing in different styles. A small section of bridal/party too. Worth checking

I went last week to the shop to see the suits that were on tiktok..me and my cousin had asked one of the shop assistant to open the suit from the package.She rudely declined saying that not to open as it was a hassle and that the pieces get lostWe told her that we not going to buy if we don't see the designs..My other sister in law said that as she cannot speak English well and she didn't want to speak to save herself the embarrassment ,she told her daughter to ask the lady where the £5 suits were..One of the lady staff overhead and told another staff that my sister in law was embarrassed to ask about a £5 suit..What type of staff do you employ..very rude and arrogant and full of themselves.You should think twice before employing rude staff ..not good for your business.

I went to both shops by Fareed. The first one is just down the road, and that’s not where the owner sits, The lady with the head scarf I don’t think she can speak English or has limited Urdu kept following me around, and I asked her politely to let me look by myself, but she still didn’t understand and I constantly had someone standing right in front of me, watching me, I purchased one suit and then at the till she start opening all these other suits you’re trying to make a sale. I told her no several times and she kept insisting. I need to buy a present for somebody and one of the suits was okay, so I bought that.back to the main shop I did see the owner there didn’t really have a bad experience with him. My partner asked if they accepted card payment as we had used our cash for his other shop and he said we could pay by card but again another lady, with the head scarf kept following us around, told her several times to leave us alone she wouldn’t leave us alone, she even questioned why I was picking up a small and not a medium, medium was like extra large, which I found absolutely rude . The owner himself and another male worker were okay. They were guiding me to other suits that they had branded suits because I was after a brand branded suit which they didn’t stock purchased for suits in total. They are okay between £20-£30. It’s not high-end clothes I would say if you’re used to wearing designer brands from Pakistan. There is a stark difference. I would recommend looking at the soup properly as they were quite a few loose strings and missing embroidery Especially if you don’t live in the local area.

Found the best outfit at such a good price. Fareed Hussain helped me out and found me such a good outfit. I absolutely loved visiting the shop and will definitely come back for more designer outfits.
