Tea Knows 茶以知人

Someone got me some really nice LinLan Tea from this place.I would not have visited myself because it was a bit intimidating.The LinLan tea I had was to my liking because at 30% sugar and less ice it was really thirst quenching and aromatic.It was topped with a nice cream tower with some stuff on it.Since it was really nice, I decided to pop in the shop and have a look and ask them what the stuff was on top but all I got was just Cream Tower even though I tried to ask what the pieces were.Luckily on deliveroo there is more information, so I found out they were nuts and not red beans which takes the tea to another level.Also tried the sweet melon tea which was nice but I didn't appreciate the milk in it because milk does not work with these green teas.When I asked about this other tea, she poured a sample to let me SMELL only, whereas other places would just let you try it.However, the guy was much nicer and let me sample some tea.

Staff were very nice and we got 10% student discount.We tried the salted egg yolk tea with black tea and black pearls, and it came out to £4.95

Ordered autumn osmanthus tea with a cheese cap. I also added peach gum as a topping. What a disappointment. The tea was tasteless. Maybe it was because the staff added extra tap water to it. If you can't get enough tea, why not just add more tea instead of water? Is it because they want to cut costs? And don't even get me started on the fact that they used long-life milk instead of fresh milk. As a Chinese person, I know how peach gum should taste, and it definitely shouldn't be like glue or slime. It was overcooked and had a texture like glue. Not gonna give another go to this bubble tea.

Very cute little tea shop! Might be my favorite tea place in London. I got the Jasmine Green Tea and it is pretty comparable to my favorite place in China. Cute cup designs and interior as well, although I'm not sure if the AC was working because it was quite warm inside.The workers are very sweet and efficient. I would return to this place to try their other drinks!

The Autumn Osmanthus cheese cap is really delicious, the osmanthus tea is very strong, and the cheese cap adds a tasty saltiness to the drink. The drinks are also much lighter in sugar than other places, so regular sugar was perfect for me!

Staff are nice and asked few times if my friends and I need any recommendations. The tasting was Lychee Oolong milk tea today and it's quite nice, really love the balance of tea and milk. Ordered Lychee Oolong as recommended, it was a bit too milky but i really love it, probably would ask for stronger tea base next time, added boba as well and tasted too soft (imo it's overcooked).

Opened in quite a hidden place. The taste is good but would recommend to go for the least sugar level as possible for the fruit flavoured tea.

A very different boba spot. The tea taste is a lot stronger here than other places. The whipped cream with pecan nut on top of linlan latte is very good! Average price is £6-8 per boba.
