This company honestly went over and beyond for us. Liam I have contacted more times then I’d like to admit and every single time he has responded so quickly and really explained everything so well. The architects themselves are brilliant, they really visualise what you want. Had multiple meetings due to myself changing aspects constantly and not once did they complain or find it a problem. I couldn’t recommend this company enough. My builder wants to use them for his future jobs after he’s seen what they can do. 100% would always use this company and will always recommend them to friends and family.Thank you to everyone for your time and most of all your patience. Because of you we get to have our dream home.

Can't fault Liam and Umar. They have been brilliant the whole way through. Contact was very simple and they were always available to answer any questions we had (even at 7.30pm). The CAD guys drew up everything we asked and ammended where necessary. Would advise anyone looking for an architect service to reach out to The HEAS

From the initial consultation with Liam, every single interaction with the HEAS team has been a delight. As a bit of a clueless first time home owner, the team are patient and communicated really clearly the steps involved in turning my vague and muddled wishes into reality. The HEAS have been recommended to us by a friend, who suggested we contact HEAS to help us with ideas for our kitchen/dining area. Whilst we are in the very early stages of our home improvement process, we are impressed with the services of this company so far. Paul and Steph have been great to deal with and have talked us through what to expect, step by step. The HEAS…Where do I start?! (5 Star +++)From start to finish and everything in between I cannot fault this company one bit.It all started with having a very relaxed conversation with Liam when he made us aware of the potential that our property could bring to the table not only to make our dreams come true but also to ensure our home was the best on the market when that time inevitably comes in the future (families growing!)We were then introduced to Umar and Paul whose knowledge of architecture and government necessities gave us an abundance of confidence in HEAS even more….to be honest, the general knowledge of the whole sector was jaw-dropping.The service we received made us feel like royalty! Liam answered our questions effectively with rapid responses and even set up a call later in the evening, which I’m guessing was outside his usual hours as our schedule was so packed! Was immensely rewarding for us. Umar and Paul were terrific and so patient. Assuming they could tell how much this project meant to us, they accepted any alterations or amendments we wanted to make to drawings without a huff or a puff even once the original drawings were made!(Geek out moment) I found it not only fascinating but incredibly effective that we had a virtual video AND a 3D model of what our new home would be like, I loved the interior they suggested too, which we took lots of inspiration from for the final interior design.The builders HEAS suggested have been perfect, everything you look for in a builder and more!Essentially this company to me is the only way forward for anyone looking for a seamless and cutting edge improvement to their homeThank you to the whole team, I’ll be shouting your name from the rooftops!HEAS! Paul and the team provided excellent service whilst helping us plan an extension. They were professional, knowledgeable and incredibly patient throughout the whole process. They produced detailed plans along with a 3D walk through to help us visualise things better. We changed our minds several times and Paul personally came and visited us each time to go through what we wanted without being pushy or any complaints. They priced the job and helped us shortlist builders and find the right builder who is about to start the work. Highly recommended.

We got planning permission drawings and building regulations drawings done by HEAS. Extremely helpful and useful advice from the home visits. Paul is very knowledgeable and had some great solutions to our problems.Additionally he didn't charge us for updating the planning permission drawings when we changed our plans.Overall good service
