Everything worked like clockwork - special arrangements were made to fit in with our not being at the flat all of the time but nothing seemed too much bother. The Engineer came on time, carried out the service and sorted out the paperwork. In response to a query I raised she gave a clear explanation. The Engineer came across as knowing what she was doing and left me feeling confident that the service of our boiler was in good hands.

Avoid this Company at all cost! My Mum who’s 63 has been left with no heating and no hot water for 10 days! She pays a monthly fee to this company to avoid things like this happening to her. The company’s communications has been terrible and my mum has had to chase them and beg them to help her. She’s had to buy electric heaters out her own pocket this company has offered no assistance to help her with anything in the 10 days and no apology for the length of time. The customer service is terrible and they patronised her for needing help tonight it’s currently -7 outside temperatures have been in the - bracket for over a week.

I had cause to call out o’neils heating engineers a few times recently. On each occasion, the response was immediate, with a engineer out very quickly. They all were able to identify the problems and fix them. Where a new part had to be ordered, this was also done quickly . The engineers were efficient, explaining what they were doing with a friendly manner. Highly recommend.

We had an engineer out twice, paid call-out charge for both visits ( for different error codes) when second error appeared again we were told by Oneil’s that they were busy with contract customers and wouldn’t attend to our break down. Absolutely disgusting service!!! Probably be different if I paid a THIRD call out charge.

I cannot speak too highly of the excellent service I have received from the whole O'Neil team, from the friendly and efficient staff on the phone to the competent and knowledgeable engineers who have called. At a time of year where there is greatly increased demand, their system is obviously geared to cope well. As someone who has experienced the frustrations of being kept on hold I was particularly impressed that there was an option to get a call back which actually worked. This is a firm I am happy to recommend.

Not a good experience. My 93 year old mother whose medical condition requires her to be warm and comfortable at home, called in distress to inform me that this company's call handler had promised a visit from an engineer on Thursday last.At 16:30 no engineer. She phoned this company and was told that due their own error no engineer had picked up this job."She was told repeatedly by the call handler that "unfortunately" no engineer was available on the promised day. "Unfortunately" doesn't cut it.I called.It was not a happy call.I got "unfortunately" a lot

Kirsten arrived to service my boiler in the pre agreed timeframe, she was so friendly & efficient, had my boiler serviced perfectly in no time at all & even taped up my gas meter cover with stronger tape after it was damaged in high winds for me, she went above & beyond! Fantastic service from start to finish, 10/10!!

After being a long-standing service customer we decided to use the company to install a heated towel rail. We contacted the company early Nov. and eventually got a date 2/12 they never turned up, never called back they blamed it on an I.T. fault... Gave them another opportunity after speaking to the Office manager and was assured it would be done a week later, the same happened again, Did not show up, no contact, no apology. We have now cancelled our service contract and would not use again.

It was very quick and easy to arrange an initial service/inspection of my system ahead of taking out a service agreement. The engineer was very thorough, and I had confidence in his assurance that my boiler was in good order for another year.
