They had the 12 Treats (app offer) advertised on the front glass but said they couldn't do it. Day 5 of deal and staff didn't know what was meant when asked. Also, they didn't have hashbrowns to do the advertised festive sub + only side available was nachos :/

Very disappointed with the service. Ordered subway last week and was overcharged. For the sake of £1.50 I just left it. Returned again this morning for the Buffalo Chicken only to find they didn't have any and my choice of bread was unavailable too! Three choices of bread and it was only 1130am!I had to ask 3 times to claim my free birthday cookie as well! Utter shambles!!! I will not be back.

Horrendous service. An hour after I placed the order I got 2 messages; 1. Your order has been cancelled, 2. Your order is on its way.Called the restaurant continuously for 15 minutes trying to work out what was happening and no answer.Clearly decided they just don’t want to work at lunch time.

Just ordered a family meal deal from here off of just eat and with delivery it came to £30. Both the foot longs were wrong and there was barely any sauce in either of them, which I paid £1.10 extra on each. Two out of four cookies we ordered were wrong and they gave us an extra one with a message asking for a good review which I don’t really think was appropriate given the fact that half my order was wrong. If any kind of message was going to be written it would be explaining why my order is wrong. Will probably never get again and would not recommend ordering online.

Very disappointing, order 2 subways both very dry cold and taste was like it had been made yesterday , I ordered and was given 1 hour delivery time which was fine but then 1hour 23 minutes later another email saying it will be 2 and half hours, and another email 32 seconds layer saying it would be 3 hour's after the time I ordered. I tried calling yo cancel but they did not pick up, retried 14 times phone just rings out, no option on bangor eats app. To cancel or email just the restaurant number which they don't answer. If they can't forfill the order they should not take the order. This is the second time this has happened and I will not be using them again. Poor attitude from drivers, food not in a good condition on arrival

I hate the way they don't listen to you when you're ordering, sometimes they just throw anything on your bread and they toast it, but they never asked you, then you have to interrupt them. They always seem to hear every other customer, but they don't give me a chance to speak. This Subway can be very embarrassing sometimes.

Never have meatballs, was offered a BMT instead. If I wanted a BMT I would've asked for one. Didn't even have onions!

I order chicken teriyaki the woman give me chicken breast and start out BBQ sauce and start mix thus on the sandwich that's was owful :/ when i ask her for swap this chicken teriyaki" she said that's the same and refused swap so I can't buy sandwich . Situation happen 19.09.2018 at 8:20."
