A fabulous development containing Prezzo, Creoso Lounge, Bistrot Pierre, and La Parrilla. At last there is somewhere to eat and drink within a stone's throw from the sea at Mumbles. the development has effectively created a new village square on the sea front.

Great new development that fits in with the local look and feel. There's a cafe bar, Prezzo and bistro that are all worth the visit, the location is very convenient, and the views of the bay never disappoint.

This is a relatively new site on Mumbles and, as such, it's clean and fresh. Mumbles needs all the help it can get; generally it's a pretty dour place.
