Went during lockdown everything was very safe and well organised. Having a watch strap altered which was carried out quickly and efficiently. The member of staff was excellent and very polite. Would highly recommend anyone to use them.

Had a watch battery fitted and a short time after my watch was steaming up, never happened before.I popped in to mention what happened and the man was so rude. Turned out he’d had a bad day with systems going down but that’s not my fault!Don’t think I’ll go back there.

Don't waste your time with this place go to a different one the man behind the counter is useless and downright rude when i tried my best to explain what I wanted he shouted back i know i do it for a living so apparently when you need a new key cutting it must be brand new from the factory otherwise it's not possible just a absolute liars !!!!! Please dismiss this guy from your company

Very helpful even though my watch was screwed up I acknowledged that if it broke in him trying to fix it I wouldn't blame him. After that he went to work and fixed it and changed the strap as asked. So I can only say they were great, perhaps he could have explained the consequences himself rather than me having to read between the lines but once it was clear I wanted him to give it a try no repercussions he went to work and it was done to perfection in 5 mins for 15 quid with a perfect strap that was a perfect imitation of the omega Seamaster I wanted fixing.
