Went to this store today. Clearly having headphones in and looking at some facial cleansers. One of the staff here stood unnecessarily close to me and though I didn’t see her and I clearly didn’t respond to her (due to having obvious headphones in) she continued to bother me, eventually making me jump. Still proceeded to ask me if I needed help. Teach your staff how to properly approach people and leave them alone if clearly not interested/not responding. I’m not against being approached but there’s a way to do this without broaching personal space.

It's a nice store. Great perfume selection and quick service. It's always had what I entered for in stock, and the colognes are often at great prices.

5* for Anna on the shop floor! I observed how she was with others whilst I was shopping and could hear the way she spoke to shoppers. So polite, welcoming and so well mannered! She wanted to help every single customer & assist them. Honestly a really lovely girl & a credit to the business

Earlier today I had one of the most disgusting experiences as a young black woman studying in Birmingham. The whole time I was in the store (15 minutes) I was constantly watched by the security guard. Every time I had moved out of his eyesight he moved to then follow me, so he could see what I was doing. I have never felt this uncomfortable in a shop before and felt truly frustrated and targeted as there were many other people in the store, however he chose to keep his eye on me. I am truly sickened that this type of behaviour is still continuing in 2023.
