Great shop full of different accessories and very friendly stuff I'm sure you can ask any question and there will be able to help you. I was looked after by Amy and she was very knowledgeable and professional she did explain to me one or two things that make me understand what I want and what I need better. As a supplier of higher end outdoor clothing & equipment I always like to have a look around the store.A sale was on & I am sure the articles in the sale would be attractive to people who are into outdoor activities (or maybe a bit of a fashion statement).At my age I reserve purchases to items which I have a real need for but now & then a splash out is good for my ego.The staff are among the nicest I have dealt with happy to help & they seem to be very knowledgeable about the products.All in all a nice place to have a brouse & a splash out now & then.

This outdoor clothing and equipment store at Silverburn has a decent range of outdoor clothing, it is advertising 50% off sale at the moment which was what attracted me inside but to be honest, I didn't see many sale items, so disappointed at that. The rest of the goods were fine but nothing grabbed me. I have most of what I need, but worth a visit.

Bought my walking boots from here. Staff couldent have been more helpful. So much so I purchased a pair of walking shoes of same make. If u are a member of the ramblers u get 15% discount. The same applies if a member of the national trust.

Absolutely first class customer service. Returned with a pair of walking shoes that had Had came apart. Exchanged under warranty that I never knew I had. Explained situation to staff member,.absolutely no problem whatsoever. Well done Cotswold outdoor,definitely gained another happy customer.
