Took over 17 months to fulfill a subject access request which should have taken no more than one month. The staff dealing with the request , including senior management, were obstructive, unknowledgeable and unprofessional. End result was a complaint to the ICO about their conduct and a rap on the knuckles for HSCB for breaching GDPR. They handed over the data to me a year and a half later after the ICO intervened.
