Two Rivers Medical Centre

On Friday registered here electronically , received texts on Monday to say now a patient at this surgery, myself and sister, who I care for, took a few minutes to register online so simple.Sister has learning disabilities and requires regular injection. Had it booked at old surgery but popped in to reception to check old surgery would still be doing it, as didn't realise the new registration would be completed so quickly. Reception staff extremely polite and professional. Advice given. A new appointment made at Two Rivers .All so simple, if this experience is anything to go on so glad to have made the change!!!

A fantastic surgery all round, would recommend to anyone. I've been very happy with the service I've received here, every staff member has been helpful, polite and informative. The premises is bright, clean and spacious with lots of places to sit. There is also plenty of parking available too.The doctors/nurses/midwives are all lovely and professional, I've never felt rushed during any of my appointments. I've always been able to get through on the phone to make appointments when needed (although I might need to wait on hold to get through for a few mins, it's never for long, plus it's to be expected.) I will continue to bring my family here.

I visited you 5 months ago and was treated by a doctor who is not at all interested in what my problem is. I will not describe what exactly he did, but this is not the place where he should work. But this time I was extremely surprised, I was received by a doctor, his name is Dr. Sadhak, he listened attentively and did what the doctor does, I mean a professional.. I really liked his communication with me and the help he provided!!! I also noticed that there are different staff working at the reception and a completely different attitude, which is nice. What else I liked is that you don’t have to wait long for your doctor, even if you’re late

It is ridiculous the way we are getting treated i have got covid and went to gp this morning they just check my temperature nothing else and with that i was told it may be a viral infection which so many people have nowAnd i asked the doctor is that 100 % cud it be something else and she said it could be and i asked againg is tht right to mae a decision with only checking the temperature she said noSo i said if i go home and i have 3 kids we are all sick so if it goes any worse because of u cause you are just sending me home and here they are not wanting to take any responsibilityIts like theyare telling us go and die in your bed in peace ✌️ okI could easily become a doctor this way anyone cud cause there is nothing to do it is either computer telling them wat to do or they just advice us to go home wich is ridiculousWe are both parent sick and the 2 kids and just got advice and asked us to buy some paracetamol from pharmacy...

And yet again Two Rivers have excelled in their customer care!!!Jon tried to contact them regarding an outstanding prescription - 45 minutes later of their dire music they cut him off.I decided to try and contact them. Ah as luck would have it you have the choice of option 3 for prescriptions - yes result, only to hear that it was now not an option.Does anyone from this surgery have any common sense. Disgraceful !!!

I don’t understand the 2star reviews for this surgery. Any time I’ve needed support all staff members are beyond supportive, the GPS , the receptonists are also very understanding.Makes me feel comfortable that if I have any issues I can trust who I’m going to.Best surgery in Ipswich to be honest, they carefully listen here and take all your concerns into consideration.

Great GP. I've never had a problem being able to speak to a doctor. I've had urgent prescription requests which have always been dealt with quickly. Like every GP I've ever been to, there are always issues here and there with overworked staff, but on the whole they offer excellent care.

I have been registered at this practice since 2020 . I have always found the staff to be helpful, the building is very welcoming and spacious. We recently experienced a health incident on the premises where the attention given was exceptional. Although it is difficult to get appointments these days anywhere I have always been listened to and feel my husband and I have received the appropriate response. Thank you staff .

I have been trying to e mail the surgery over an important family matter with no success. I finally got through on the phone after an understandable lengthy delay, only to be told that they don’t have an e mail address for the public to use. I wasted a great deal of time on this. Apparently one had to write a letter.I don’t know of any business or service where e mails are unacceptable. As this is the case, they should remove it from the website.
