Fantastic service, I was really impressed by them. Instructions were easy to follow; I sent my GHDs off, and got a text the following day to say that they had been fixed and would be mailed back to me that same day. I received them the following morning :). I was pleased to find a report included with the returned straighteners that told me the different tests they had performed on my straighteners, and what the problem had been in my case. I thought it was a good service to take the time to run a thorough test on the straighteners in general to make sure everything else was in working order too before returning them, rather than simply treating the original issue. They also took the time to call me when there was a confusion about my address, rather than blindly mailing it and hoping for the best, which I appreciated :)! All of this was done in the midst of a national lockdown. Thanks to WeRepairGHDs - I would highly recommend their service.

Sent my Cloud Nine straighteners off on Wednesday, they confirmed receipt on Thursday, they fixed them and sent them back on Friday and I received them Saturday morning. They had replaced one of the heating elements and power cable and they work perfectly. There is a 6 month warranty on the repairs and I can’t rate the service highly enough. Great job!

Amazing service. My sister stood on my ghds and snapped one arm in half and the hinge was broken. I sent them off as had used this company before when the heat plates failed. I honestly thought that they would be unrepairable but behold the repaired, looking like new ghds arrived this morning - they are in perfect condition with a 6 month warranty. Unbelievable service for the price. Thank you so very much!!!!!!

I really am impressed with this great little company. My GHDs had been really reliable for possibly more than a decade, until earlier this year.They were only heating up sometimes. It was very easy to book the repair online, I sent them off by 1st class signed for post... by the next day, they'd arrived with We Repair GhD, were repaired and despatched back to me by 1st class post - all of this on the day after I posted them. So I got them back repaired within 48 hours (I'd intentionally chosen to send them off early in the week so a weekend didn't delay or interrupt their return journey)... and with a 6 month warranty.Then a few weeks ago, about 3 weeks before the warranty ran out, my GhDs developed a different problem that was unrelated to the original issue. The new fault had developed with a part that had been tested (and working fine) during the first repair... remember to bear in mind, that was nearly 6 months earlier.True to their word, the company carried out the 2nd repair free of charge and posted them back to me. For this second repair, I only had to pay the postage to send the straighteners back to them (if it had been within 30 days of the original repair, I think they'd have covered the cost of that) and they also covered the cost of returning them to me, fully repaired with a new cable, also all done and back with me very quickly.I really do appreciate the amazing quick turnaround, the 6 month warranty and the brilliant service. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for GhD repairs and will definitely use them again if I ever need another repair!

Really good and very fast service!I was looking at spending £400 on a new pair of Straighteners, however didn't need to as they were able to fix my GHDs within a day of having them.

Fantastic service, used twice, straighteners as good as new and safety tested for peace of mind. Why buy new when you can repair!

Filled out the online form, checked my straighteners were on their list to buy, sent them and received the listed amount by PayPal the next day, v good service for a pair of straighteners that otherwise would have been thrown out

I really recommend this business. I sent my GHD straighteners on Friday and they were returned fully repaired by Weds the following week even during lockdown. I didn't realise they even could be repaired until I found this website. The cost of repair is stated clearly on the website and there are no hidden extras you have to pay once they find out what the problem is. Great service.
