I should give them zero stars. Worst staff in the reception.They don't bother who is sitting and waiting. But, gives preference to someone who comes. I will never recommend to anyone this boots store whereas other boots store staff is very good

I have a regular eye test for vocational reasons. The Boots team always serves in a professional & courteous way, which is all one COULD expect.If I do MY job correctly the positive measure is that nothing was damaged & no-one was killed.. thanks (in part) to proper eye care.

Absolutely professional staff, who were wonderful and so patient with my 2 year-old daughter. I was incredibly impressed with our optometrist Emma who was knowledgeable, skilful and absolutely lovely. She was fantastic with my daughter too. Could not be more pleased with my experience.

First time here, eye test was excellent and staff made me feel comfortable. Picking glasses was easy with good advice from staff in a calm environment. Love my new glasses only down side is they didn't come with cleaning cloth. I will definitely go back to this branch.

Amazing service by Callum and team. My teenage daughter needed to choose glasses.I was very impressed with the care and advice given whilst she was trying to make a decision.I highly recommend this branch!

Wish I could give zero stars! Appalling service! Had my money 23 days, still can't advise when glasses will arrive, was told 7-14 days originally.Asked for a refund (this involved 3 calls to Boots customer services and a visit to store to arrange)Now I'm told refund will be made Tuesday.... but will be in the form of a cheque!!! Obviously I paid by debit card as shops stopped accepting cheques years ago... WORST SERVICE EVER!By the time I get my cheque they will have had my £195 for 26 days!!! And still I have no glasses... avoid like the plague!
