Lancaster Town Hall
I've been here a few times representing the Duke of Lancaster's Regimental association but today it was to get my 2nd Covid19 vaccination, it was very well organised, clean and staff were great.

Lancaster Town Hall
I was here for my 2nd Covid vaccine. Well spaced out and routes marked. Screens were up for all receptionists. Sticker and bottle of water provided while waiting.

Visited for our covid vaccines. All the staff from the front door to leaving were fantastic. Very friendly and efficient

Town Hall is an amazing piece of history,I and a colleague went there for a vaccination and every member of staff who guided and dealt with,volunteers who are amazing treated us with respect and kindness,a good experience

Covid Vaccination Centre in the basement is not well signed unless you go to the 'front steps' of the town hall. Entry to the Vacc Centre is not allowed from Quarry Road but no signs to tell you. I was made to walk 3 sides of a square to get back in. All that is needed is an NHS Covid sign with an arrow! Once inside (!!) the process is straight forward. No photos allowed.

Due to the wireless transaction fault in the RinGo parking device nearby, I got the PCN. Any signs that the wireless payment is not working. Awful experience visiting this city!

Originally, I thought it was in a town and it is a hall, what else could I ask for and gave it five stars But then u came to a realisation; Lancaster is a city, not a town. Unfortunately, this was not something I could overlook. However, it is still a hall, so I must give credit where it’s due.

Went for my injection I was impressed with the staff and the service I received, for those people who have not had any injections please go and have it there is nothing to it.
