Lucy was absolutely amazing. She greeted me with a smile and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole brow waxing process! She explained everything she was doing and did a fantastic job at shaping my brows. I will definitely be coming back, I left with amazing eyebrows and feeling great!

LUCY was very professional and thorough, I suspect she will be running Benefit at some point in her future! I think she did an excellent job and also did a great job at explaining the products. I had a brow lamination which was very efficiently done and the tint and wax was also excellent. I highly recommend Lucy.

Went to boots on festival park in stoke and Lottie did my eyebrows tint and wax. She was super friendly, always asked if I was happy with what she was doing and made me feel so comfortable. She also then did my eye make up for me as I was going out for the day. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Thank you so much I am super happy with my eyebrows :)
