Took my 1999 Nissan Primera in to fix emissions getting into the cabin. They could not get the part but they gave me the part number so I could try myself. They were clear about the cost of installing it, said that it could be an hour but warned me that because of the age it could take longer. I am trying to get the part. Thank you.

This was a disappointing experience. While I was grateful that they fit me in as a walk-in, and the man repairing the vehicle was initially friendly, there were some challenges as a novice I felt taken advantage of.I arrived knowing my oil service light was on from a service with a different garage in July. I was concerned about the tyre light, battery and general health of the car which I needed diagnosed before a long trip with three young children. I was charged for resetting the service light which I would have had reset for free by the original garage. The communication wasn’t great despite challenging the charge which seemed unreasonable. A separate garage had inspected the car some weeks before with free diagnostic. I’d advice novices to ask more questions and see clarification and be mindful of additional charges.

Our service from this garage was amazing. Our car was brought here by the lovely RAC man after a break down in the morning. They were extremely helpful, quick and couldn't do enough for us. They made a really stressful day much easier.

The fantastic service we received here saved our weekend and avoided what could have been a disaster.We arrived here at about 10.00 am after abs light came on and horrible scraping noises from offside of car.Within 5 minutes Matt diagnosed a badly damaged wheel bearing which had caused the wheel to be in danger of falling off. Much to our relief they told us it would be ready after lunch.Mark drove us to a nearby services for coffee and barely an hour later picked us up and we were on our way down south for a family get together.Very reasonable price, wonderful service and really nice reassuring people.

Never ever got through the door with this place. I phoned up to ask when I could get someone to look at my car, I was happy to wait but happened to mention if they had any space on that day and they immediately hung up. Not even a word, just hung up. Phoned back thinking we'd been cut off but no, I was hung up on repeatedly. Unbelievably rude and I will never consider this place again, even though its close and would be extremely convenient to use.

Unfortunately I can't say anything good about this place. First of all I booked my car in for service and I was quoted £90.00 then I found out I was quoted wrong and it should be a lot more. They did stick to the quoted price, so all I got was oil change and oil filter change. As i heard they offer service to drop you off and pick you up if you are local, (they did say they will pick me up when the car is ready, but they never did, i called taxi). I live only 5 min drive from the place. I was told my car will be ready around 12 is or 1pm. , called them 3 times after 1pm there was no answer so I hid my phone number and called them again, got an answer straight away. I dont know, for me I can say, it wasn't the best experience, definitely not going back there again :( .

Matt done a big job on my car, my head gasket had gone, managed to get me in the following week, for the job it was, I thought it was priced very reasonably.After picking up my car, matt did mention that there may be a couple of issues due to the size of job and dismantle of the engine. I did have an issue but matt came straight out to me, got the car back in the garage and amended the issue with no issue!Communication was great, job done was perfect! I'll 100% be going back in the future. Very highly recommend these guys!Very happy customer! 5* service

Hands down the best garage I have ever used and this is now my go to as I work around the corner. Very clear, honest and transparent.

Matt and Martin are amazing. Recently had the car in for some some maintenance repairs ready for its MOT. Thank you for keeping the old girl on the road. The family team are both friendly, reliable, very knowledgable and provide great customer service. One day I will work out who is who on the phone!
