So finished work early hours decideded I'll go to McDonald's for quickness, to find out the cook burger was just unbelievable covered in big mac source, I understand everyone likes the bigmac sauce, but this was just to much, disappointed , the smell as just put me off McDonald's for very long time.Disappointed.

Restaurant was coldFood was cold. Went to counter to get new food was ignored.Eventually was given more Luke warm food.Took way too long to get cold food in the first place and then the big tasty was missing ingredients. Not given enough straws which isn't the end of the world bit overall this place has gone down hill just as much as the great bridge restaurant.This is obviously due to Uber eats and just eat drivers and orders getting priority.Delivery orders should be made in a separate kitchen or at a delivery only site.This is happening to so many McDonald's it's not even funny.Sorry about that appears to be there new catchphrase, I'm NOT loving it.

Unfortunately, due to the drive-in location and size of the site and car park, it is awkward . It can prove a bit stressful. But it is popular, which adds to how long it takes to get to do yr order, at particular times of the day

Everytime we order there's something missing, I mean come on how hard can it be you have a list of what should be in the order but obviously stafc cant read. This time no straws which to some may seen trivial, its ok for adults with coke but kids need straws with paper cups and those of us that had milk shakes were totally screwed. Mcincompitent.

This is not a fast food service. Organisation favours the delivery drivers who constantly get in the way of queuing customers. The meals I ordered were done on the self serve and it took at least 15 minutes to receive, the food was as expected but the hot chocolate we received was basically brown water without any taste. Avoid if your in a hurry go to Gregg's.

Nice little branch located by the Sandwell Hospital and on a main road. Staff are generally nice and l've never had any issues here. Toilets are acceptable but could always be better. Prices have crept up slowly but this is the case across the board. I preferred it when you could purchase a large milkshake for £1.79.

The place its self wasn't busy however you could see that they prioritise uber drivers and when we finally received our order was cold and I received a Big Tasty that was just a bun and meat. :/ pretty sure that wasn't it.

It's a very busy McDonald's on a main road, with a drive-thru and small car park. Inside, it's nice and clean, the service is great, and staff are friendly. It's the drive-thru side that's an issue. For every 10 orders, they will mess up around 3 or 4. You really need to check everything before you leave. Food is pretty much consistent with most McDonald's. They have table service inside now, so when you order on the touchscreen, you can take a table sign and enter the number, then take a seat. I used this today, and it worked well.

This is an honest review. I turned up with my family only to be keep waiting as we wanted to pay cash, I asked to see the manager only to be introduced to Ashley heath, he the portrayed us as a moaning family who was more of a hindrance than a customer, in the end I felt so belittled by him my wife and young children also we left without eating. I don’t complain but I feel it’s my right to out this behaviour as absolutely disgusting.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE & FOOD.We were order 87. Just a simple Big Mac and Fries were ordered but they gave Big Mac without the sauce and half a box of fries.To make matters worse we have tried calling them 10 times and no answer. Some of the fries were burnt.Also the receipt is faded so can’t even do the review online.See image.
