Great product at a great price delivered quickly. Also, superb after sale service: I got a call before the printer was dispatched to check a couple of the features with me to make sure I'd bought the right printer (they did point out that it is better for them to do this than have to process a return, but nonetheless it was a good touch)

Yes I know that the price point is king, however customer service that excels takes my relationship with a company to another level. These folk always appear to have great prices, but add to that their care, & their ability to go one beyond the expected is better than great.

Excellent service and nice to discuss my requirements before final purchase to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. Also once delivered to receive phone call informing me of delivery and call once delivered to check all was in order. Would recommend this company

I am flabbergasted by the amazing service from this company. I ordered a printer late on Wednesday night. I admit I had tried Amazon (thinking it would be quicker but they did not have what I wanted) A random search led me to printerbase.co.uk - so I placed an order expecting that delivery would be a week or more. 1st thing Thursday am I had a call from Sam who wanted to check that what I had ordered would suit my requirements - I have never had any company check that what I had ordered was suitable, doesn't every other company just take your money without checking? I confirmed the order with Sam. On Thursday am I had another call from Sam to say my printer would be delivered Friday !!! WOW - and it was. This is the best company I have ever dealt with.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I was surprised not only about the amazing offers and printer deals, but I was also impressed by the VERY quick delivery. When they say next day delivery service, they nearly mean within hours, LOL! My business is very happy with their service and will come back for more, when we need any more systems or accessories. Great company to deal with, Very responsive, ordered late on a weekday and spoke to live chat to see if the order would be shipped the sameday, they told me they would certainly do their utmost. The next day we received a call from printerbase to advise that it would be delivered that day, now that's what I call service.
