Really impressed with chicken in black bean sauce. Very authentic. I had not ordered from here after getting disgusting food when this WAS Jasmine House. This new chef seems to know his stuff! Will def order from them again. Really good service too!

The lady I spoke to was very polite and nice when taking my order. She stated the time would be 45+mins till delivery and it arrived quicker than expected (which is a win). The food was steaming hot and full BUT no flavour whatsoever which was so disheartening, the food looked so promising but lacked flavour. We ordered the shrimp chow mien all that you could taste was soya sauce and it was soooo dry. The House Special chow mien had little to nothing of a gravy/sauce had about 2 prawns and some meet but not a lot. It had no flavour no salt the chicken was even white to show it lacked seasoning. The only dish that was nice was king prawn it tasted better than all the dishes we had ordered. Oh and also the prawn crackers were goodVery disappointed with the food, we had high hopes as it was our first time ordering here.

Tbh I’m shocked of the reviews being so low. But it does say on the leaflet new owners since 31/5/23 . Food portions are amazing and massive portions! Nothing to complain about will be my new Chinese with it being only up the rosd from me!

Just phoned to place an order to Pleshey , like we have before . Lady on the phone said where is that , then said hang on, come back and said no sorry, but they have before , she went well I’ve just spoke to the driver and he don’t go there. Would of been nice to speak to a manager to confirm not the driver, thanks

Ignore the bad reviews, the takeaway is now under new management. After being disappointed by so many Chinese takeaways I have finally found a good one. There is plenty of choice for vegetarians and the dishes are well cooked with good quality ingredients. I will be returning.

First time ordering and we were not disappointed at all. We really enjoyed our meal, delicious fresh food, and surprisingly enjoyed all dishes equally. The Prawn Balls and Salt & Chilli Prawns were wow! Highly recommend and really please we found this local gem.
