Vets4Pets - Luton Gipsy

I came in today as my dog has been feeling not his normal self and he was not able to walk all day I have told the vet that he has been feeling pain in his right leg she said she will have to take a look and that it would be £97 Pound I ask her can I come in a different day as I was thinking the price was overpriced and too much she just told me that it’s closed tomorrow and she gave me a leaflet and said that the other people will take more than they are asking for she has never told me that I can come in a different day and pay less I wouldn’t have any problem and when they took in my dog to check what is wrong they came right back out and it hasn’t been even 1 minute and basically told me what I told them what’s wrong with my dog I think I have been treated very wrong and they have not provided me with more options I have never seen anything like this in my entire life I wish they could of helped me out a bit more but they just didn’t seem to care I told them that they have done nothing to take that much money I would understand if it was £40 pound but I think to pay £97 pound and do nothing and provided me with the same information I gave them is ridiculous I feel very upset and sad that I want to cry with this matter they didn’t even look like they care what I’m saying to them and now I don’t know how I feel about my dog being registered there as they don’t seem to care at all about my dog it worries me I feel very upset and that they have not done anything to help my dog he is still in pain and they took so much money from me to just come back out to tell me what I have told them its very sad and upsetting as they don’t care they only care about the money I hope things could change there in store and help and care more about their customers and pets.

Helpful friendly polite staff everything you need under one roof would degree recommend good price range definitely will be back.

I have been using vets4pets for years. The vet I saw was so lovely with Tia and very polite to my self. She dealt with Tia problem very gently and Tia was very happy when we left the shop

The customer service is horrible. Especially from Francesca Wise. If I call the store she asks how she can help I tell her my problem she put me on hold and then comes back twice and ask again how she can help. But I told her already what I want what I need etc. She just forgets people on the line. The last couple of times I was waiting at least half an hour each to get “helped”. Unbelievable. She is also very rude. As well as if I want to book an appointment they only can give it 2 months later at least. But when you are there nobody is waiting, the vets' room is empty. They just don't want to work!I actually wanted to give starts in minus but I couldn't unfortunately. Don't go to vets4pets Gipsy Lane! It's horrible!

The store was very busy when we visited, however very friendly and polite service from the staff and one in-particular was really attentive & informative in regards to fish keeping.

Bryliant people's service is fantastic but the cost of paper for taking dog for holiday to Europe is absolutely critical 500£!!!??

Been into the vets today for yearly jabs and as always, exceptional service . My dog always goes bounding in looking for his favourite member of staff Frankie who is im certain, a dog whisperer!!! She’s incredible with all the pets every time we’re in there. 10/10 again Vets 4 Pets, thank you
