Service was excellent. Efficient, was there for less that 20mins. Staff was accommodating. Answered every question, even went the extra mile to find me a product I needed. Only thing is a very awkward location to get to on foot/public transport. Otherwise thumbs up

Don't come here, no parking as spaces are filled with euro car parts vans and you get £100 fine if you stop.Luckily I turned around and left.

Quoted one price over the phone for a part ! I sent a courier an hour later to collect, they wanted at the counter more than double the amount quoted !!!!.Will not use again !

ECP regardless of branch seems to provide a slow service generally speaking, you might be 5th in a queue but still have to wait for 20 minutes to collect. Sunday had 2 cashiers when I turned up, and everyone in the queue agreed it was way slower than what we expected it to be!That is probably the only downside to the company, my parts are generally accurate, come at a decent price & get the job done.It's just the efficiency of service which let's it down.

Good level of stock, but the wait times are horrible. Online payment and collection or counter order and payment take the same time. Usually more than 20 min wait time

Horrific que times, 4th in the que and easily wait over 20 mins, one person serving and seems so slow.didnt really want to leave a bad review but it's seems consistent every time I go no matter what time or day of the week it is

Even though I hadnt ordered online, the guy took my order at the counter. His collegue was unhelpful but hurriedly tore the receipt from the machine, not giving me my receipt. This was wrong....Easy to get to.
