1ST STOP 4 TYRES AND AUTOCENTRE

Wonderful service, helpful staff.On a recent journey in Shropshire downpours we got a system alert about tyre pressures. Called 1st Stop and they said they could look at it straight away. Drove there via part-flooded roads. The boss and Mike in reception were great, friendly and efficient. They had the system under inspection within minutes of our arrival, checked the tyres and dashboard readings and reset the stored tyre pressure readings. They reassured us we were safe to travel onwards, and then refused to take any payment for the work done. Excellent service and best experience with a garage in a long time.

Top garage. Fantastic service and really friendly. Took my car in a couple of times as I was losing tyre pressure. They found the leak and fixed it all within 20 mins. No waiting around, drove straight in and they did it there and then. Would definitely recommend this garage - and the people. Thank you 1st Stop.

There isn't an option to give more than 5 stars but wished I could. Staff friendly from the workshop as I approached the reception, swiftly got seen to and got my car looked at straight away. Went for a coolant top up and this was completed by the owner himself and had a look over the car to check everything was fine for the long trip away this weekend. Faultless service, anyone needing a garage to go to then don't look any further. Top work lads!

Lovely service and a good price for the tyres. Good facilities, a phone charging point and free tea and coffee.Only thing was, I rang in advance and was given a price. This then changed when I said I could get it cheaper - would have preferred the best price to start.Also took a very long time - 2 tyres and tracking was 1hr 15 and there wasn't a huge queue.Would return but not if I'm in a rush

Our Volvo had problems whilst passing through to wales on our family holiday. We are incredibly grateful to the staff who kindly checked our brakes and ensured the car was safe to continue all without charge. A huge thank you and all the best from us all.

After searching for ages for a part for my car, I was getting quite hopeless and ready to pay a very expensive price and I came across 1st stop 4 tyres after being recommended by a family member and they lived up to the recommendation staff were very friendly and professional, I also managed to get my part for a reasonable price and also fitted in.While waiting for my car I was offered coffee by the boss and a lovely chat.After my repair had been done I came back to my car and forgot my receipt the gentleman that fixed my car came running with my receipt. Just goes to show the little things do matter and good customer service definitely shows. Highly recommended! Will be using again in future. Keep it up boys!

Went down for a second opinion on wheel tracking/potential tyre replacement, as I'd been advised by Kwik Fit I'd need to have the wheel legs replaced. (would've cost upwards of £400)Following inspection from the owner at 1st stop it turns out the wheel legs were fine and so were the tyre treads and the tracking! The owner gave me an honest inspection and conclusion.So now I've got peace of mind, at least 6 months more of use and the owner has given me a fantastic quote on 2 new tyres when I am ready to have them replaced.I will be returning when required and will be sending all of my family and friends here who need tyre/wheel tracking done. A company who are reputable, honest and speak with integrity. Thank you for making someone's day!
