I occasionally use this shop to drop off parcels and the owner’s wife is at the checkout.When I do I always use courteous phrases like “hello, please and thank you” However I never get a single spoken word from the owner’s wife. Today I decided not to say a word until she spoke first - and as a result the entire transaction took place in silence! Not what you could call customer service. Time to go elsewhere, I think.

Called into the store Thursday to post a parcel. Was told by the owner they do take them but have no labels in the printer.Called back in this morning, to be told by the owner, they still have no labels and I'd be better to go somewhere else.Wondering why they advertise that they take Yodel parcels and print your labels if they don't?Two wasted journeys.
