If I could put a 0 star I would.Booked in for an MOT at 9.30 this morning, car only returned to me at 4pm after they failed to inform me they currently aren't doing MOTs in-house.Work was done to my car before the MOT to help it pass without my knowledge or consent which ended up increasing my final bill to almost double than what was expected. After trying to refuse to pay the additional amount, which I'm legally entitled to as they MUST seek permission before any work, I was slung abuse from the owner. I was called a silly stupid girl"
