I was seen on the same day I rang for an emergency appt. I was seen by a a dentist not my usual one but was very greateful that I had this appt. Dentist was very good in explaining the problem I had. Receptionist was very kind also.

My Appointment which was urgent was arranged very quickly and with little fuss. Everybody that i saw were polite and curteous and i was very impressed with my treatment.

Visited the practice for five years before I had to leave because the location of my job changedVery good service received and no complaints.Parking tip:The surgery is located on a residential road and parking is limited. Best place I normally parked was closer to the conservative club which is about two minutes walk away

My wife and I have been a patients at J G Plummers in Gorleston on Sea for many years and have had great treatment at all times. I have recently had a crown fitted to a tooth which has been repaired over the years. Katarzyna Zaton's skill is very impressive and I would recommend her and her team very highly. It was not a straight forward job and it was all dealt with very efficiently. This combined with your excellent and very friendly reception staff means I have no hesitation in recommending Plummers to anyone.This week they fitted me in for a problem I had. Not much available but contacted me on a cancellation. I was late because I couldn't get through Great Yarmouth (accident on the bypass over the bridge) and your receptionist contacted others to move them earlier and when I arrived, half an hour late I waited only a few minutes. Very grateful!!

Having broken a filling and phoned up as requested I was unable to get an appointment for over 8 days. I was fortunate today to get an appointment for this to be repaired. I would like to thank Linda and Kath at Sussex rd for their efforts and continually updating me when I called. Laura the dentist who fixed my tooth was very professional. Thank you to everyone involved in help solve this.
