I had the most amazing experience at Love Story Bridal. They were so accommodating to me booking me an appointment around the dates I could travel to them as I was travelling from Surrey! I arrived with my mum and they made her a lovely cup of tea and cakes whilst I got into the gown. The minute we put the gown on we were all crying our eyes out.. after trying 40+ dresses I had finally found the one! It was so emotional but unfortunately, at the time I was unable to commit to the dress and after careful consideration made the decision to try and find the dress closer to home to make the fitting appointments easier! Without love story bridal I would have never found my dream dress and would recommend this shop to anyway in and around this area!! I honestly cannot fault them and just wish I lived closer so I could have taken the dress with them! xxxx

I had the most wonderful experience at Love Story and highly recommend it. My sister got her wedding dress there on her first appointment and we had such a brilliant experience that it was the first (and the only!) place I booked when looking for my own wedding dress. The shop is a real haven and Steph is so helpful - she created such a lovely environment for me, my mum and sister to find my perfect dress. I absolutely loved my dress and received so many compliments on it! Vicky did all my alterations - she is absolutely wonderful and made everything perfect. Thank you to everyone at Love Story!

What a perfect experience I've had with Love Story! I initially went in Dec 2022 and tried on so many dresses. I had no expectations at all but ended up leaving with the dress of my dreams. You aren't forced into anything and the girls are so good at getting you to try things that you a) think you like and then don't like, b) think is definitely not your dress style but is and c) think you hate but you love it. If I hadn't have tried on something I didn't like the look of then I wouldn't have found my dress!! The accessories make all the difference. I was in several times after my original purchase to get fittings and alterations with the seamstress and she is superwoman. She's incredible. I was so so worried about my dress being massive around the bust and she totally put my mind at ease. The dress fit me like a glove and she went above and beyond with all the little details. Amazing experience and the most beautiful wedding dress ever!

Absolutely loved shopping for my wedding dress at Love Story Bridal. The team are all so nice and helpful. Stephanie was so welcoming and friendly and immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed when I went looking for my dress. I couldn't have been more happy and pleased with my experience and was just so chuffed when I found my dress and Stephanie made the whole experience exciting and special. I had a fantastic experience at Love Story Bridal. It is a beautiful and intimate shop, there was lots of great choice in dresses and the little cakes were fantastic! I was made to feel special, at ease and felt zero pressure to pick a dress then and there. I had a great day and highly recommened!

All I can say is the biggest thank you to the team who looked after me when purchasing my wedding dress! We got married on 29/05/23 and everything about the day (expecially my dress!) was perfect.Also, a special thank you needs to go to Katie at Love Story - she mostly looked after me when I first purchased my dress. She was absolutely amazing and put me at ease so much through being so lovely and accommodating. She suggested the dress based on my preferences (it wasn’t actually on the shop floor when I went through the racks) and it couldn’t have been a more perfect suggestion.The ladies in the shop are all so wonderful. I didn’t feel pressured at all, I felt completely comfortable throughout and I really enjoyed the experience, which definitely wasn’t the case at all the dress shops I visited. I couldn’t recommend Love Story enough, even if it’s just for a try on!

I went to love story bridal and had the most amazing experience. I don’t normally leave reviews but must on this occasion. They were so thorough, friendly and would 10/10 recommend. They were also super patient with me when I needed to revisit to confirm my dress order due to my schedule and really appreciate that. I visited a couple of shops and this by far is one of the best in Lancashire and greater Manchester for the variety of dresses and customer service. I cannot wait to get back in to try my dress once it arrives as I loved the whole experience here. Thanks so much again xx

The kindest women in the wedding industry, so many places surrounding weddings have been so snooty and not made you feel at ease, but instantly felt calm here. Really professional, didn’t feel any judgment for choices, I was really nervous about the whole process for some reason but they just took it in their stride and took all the time I needed. Can’t wait for my fitting appointment here
