Claire’s Hair Lounge

I’ve been to Claire a few times now and she’s excellent. Extremely happy with my updo/cuts/colours. Claire is very easy to talk to and makes the time fly, I’m amazed how she remembers things you previously chatted about weeks & months later - I can’t even remember what day of the week it is! (Didn’t realise I was logged in to my husbands google account for this review!)

Claire has done the most amazing job for my bridal hairdo! She has worked quickly and efficiently on my entire party and myself, all the while keeping me calm and relaxed. She kept checking on me throughout the morning to make sure I was okay and happy with everything. My hair was absolutely beautiful and lasted all day. Most importantly I had so much fun and felt really looked after. She even helped me get into my dress and sort out all the final bits. We’ve had the most special day & I couldn’t be more grateful!!

I was lucky enough to find Claire online ahead of my wedding ceremony in Carlisle. Having thick curly hair that I struggle to style myself and not being from the area, I thought it’d be very difficult. But after a few messages and a phone call before the big day I knew I was in good hands. On the morning of my wedding, Claire arrived right on time and fully equipped ready to provide an amazing service for me, my Mum and my Sister. The morning was relaxed due to Claire’s warm and kind energy and efficiency and reassurance whilst styling our (difficult!) hair. All 3 of us were over the moon and I’ve never felt so beautiful. Claire truly made our day and exceeded our expectations.

Claire recently done mine and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding in May and what an amazing job she done! I am so happy with the final outcome, I really cannot recommend her enough. She is so friendly and talented and really makes you feel at ease whilst giving you exactly what you want. I chose to have a trial for the three of us and our hair on the day and the price was fantastic, worth every penny and more. You really made us all feel so special on the big day. Thank you so much!

Claire did my wedding hair last month and was so brilliant. She was recommend to me by the venue and I would also highly recommend her to any bride. We didn't have a trial as I don't live nearby and it was an elopement style wedding, but we had emails and a video call beforehand to discuss plans and ideas. I was so pleased with how Claire did my hair on the day! She even kindly stayed to help me get into my dress as I didn't have a bridal party. Thank you so much Claire!

Claire recently did hair styling for my bridal party and did an amazing job. She stayed with us until we were all ready and even followed us down to the Barn making sure everything was perfect for us. Whilst Claire was doing our hair she was also able to advise about timings and when we should be getting ready etc. Claire truly is an amazing person. Thank you Claire.

Claire did my hair for my wedding and also did the bridal party hair for my Sister, Mum and Gran. The whole experience with Claire was brilliant and it was lovely to have her part of the day! Claire did my bridal hair as well as Mum's my four bridesmaids. I absolutely loved it. She had great ideas, everyone looked amazing and she made it seem so effortless.Claire was so friendly and relaxed on the morning, and she went above and beyond drying flowers and helping so we all had time to relax before we left.If I lived in Carlisle Claire would definitely be my hairdresser.Thank you so much, you made me feel a million dollars!

Claire did mine, my bridesmaids and mums hair for my wedding and WOW. She is truly just the best. Nothing was too much of ask! She is so talented and a wonderful human. It’s so important to have a good vibe the morning of your wedding and she is the whole package. I already have a friend who has booked her wedding hair with her from the day.
