Asked guy at desk what time the train we wanted needes to get. He told us 3 times each time acting as if he had read the wrong one then told us it was cancelled and had to wait a hiur for next one. Wile waiting had 2 trains pass that we could have got on if we knew about them. When asked why he told they where cancelled he called me a liar and told me he never sed any trains got cancelled. Totally rude and need to be told how to do his job and talk to people woth respect

Basic station located right next to a bus station with frequent buses linking a shopping centre. Has a ticket office and shelter with step free access to both platforms via the level crossing. It does it's job well enough.

Free car park at the station which fills up early. Station has a small coffee shop. Staff are helpful and polite. Avoid morning rush hour from 7am to 9am unless you like cramming onto a packed train. The network provider Lindon Midland regularly cancels or runs delays, use the app to keep check on the timetable.

The lady that takes care of the cleaning of the bus station section is always working. She does a great job day in day out. Well done.
