Before choosing this hotel I checked all the reviews and always like to see what the negative comments are trying to forewarn. After staying several days here I can honestly say i find none of the negative remarks are true. It was a quiet room with no disturbances, excellent location,

Hayaa was wonderful and even dropped me to the visa centre because it was raining. It’s a gem of a place hidden in Birmingham. Highly recommended and decor suits the Victorian property.

We stayed one night. Its a very quiet house in a quiet area. There was TV with Netflix in the room, which we didn't actually use, but it's a nice touch. There was a fridge, microwave, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits, so anyone staying longer was well catered for and we were shown where the kitchen/dining room was in case we needed anything.Breakfast was all layer out for us to choose what we wanted. The house is beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. It's not a hotel, it's a very comfortable Guest house and for the price of the room, it was lovely.Thank you for your hospitality.

Stayed here one night while traveling through England and had the best experience. The room was clean, warm, comfortable, and private and they even had some snacks and teas available for us in the room. Bathroom is shared but genuinely one of the cleanest bathrooms I’ve ever seen. Breakfast was simple but fresh and there were a ton of options. To top it all off, Haya herself is an absolute sweetheart who goes so far out of her way to make her guests feel safe and comfortable. 10/10. Amazing spot, even more amazing hostess.

Unfortunately, I felt very disappointed. I’ve stayed in many B+B’s and they really do vary. I felt let down when having booked a double room with breakfast, the breakfast turned out to be a selection of half-empty cereal boxes, and a basket of bread. We were told (politely) to fry our own eggs if we wanted them, and we were left to find our own way around the kitchen.The owner was extremely polite and friendly, but the biggest problem was with my own dislike for smoke and cigarettes.I appreciate many people enjoy incense sticks, but to have them burning 24/7 literally took my breath away. Also with the owner smoking in her own private room is the same as having a none urinating area in the swimming pool.The second and last morning we avoided the ‘breakfast’ and left for some fresh air as soon as we could.10 out of 10 for friendliness and cleanliness, but NOT for the air pollution and Asda cereal.

The room was clean Ideal base for families & groups. Adequate & comfortable
