A very friendly and professional experience. I brought my elderly parents along as I couldn’t arrange care for my mother and was greeted warmly and even offered a cup of tea while we waited during my father’s appointment. Highly recommended.

I saw Marta Silva today for a hearing test and examination. Absolutely fantastic service. Marta is a great professional, knowleddgeable, extremely patient, thorough and explained everything in detail, making me feel really at ease. Would definitly recommend this. Thanks Marta!

I went to get my ears cleaned. Staff were friendly and cheerful, clinic and waiting areas were clean. I was taken on time and as well as cleaning received a free hearing check and some good ear care advice. Would definitely use again.

Very happy, went in to Bath Street premises and was offered a coffee by the friendly reception staff. Taken for ear wax treatment at appointment time and 20minutes later had full hearing back. My GP surgery had recommended olive oil for 2 weeks! Microsuction treatment was painless and definitely recommended. Thanks for a great service.

Service was fast, efficient and friendly. I filled out the contact form on the website about microsuction and received a phone call within an hour to set up an appointment for the next day.When I went to the clinic, I was taken within a couple of minutes by the friendly audiologist who explained the procedure. 25 minutes later I was out the door after a pain-free, comfortable procedure and a quick hearing test.I've never had problems with my hearing but suddenly feel I can hear so much more! I would definitely go back if, and when, I need it again.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I needed ear wax removal and this was done in both ears, painlessly and with the latest technology. My clinician Sakina, was such a nice lady and very helpful, explaining everything she was doing and why. If you need help with your hearing, dont hesitate to make an appointment.

Visited today after the hearing in my left ear disappeared after a shower. Saw my GP who said both my ears had badly compacted wax. Amy Burke at the clinic had me hearing again within 10/15 minutes and it was painless. She also conducted a hearing test after the treatment. Excellent value for money as they had an offer on. Would definitely recommend.
