Right where do i start, i phoned up on the 5th with the pain in my back thats been going on for quite some time now. And the earliest appointment they offered was on the 14th. All i want is some better medication than what i got last time. If you dont get in the phone queue before at least 5th in , then you've no chance of an appointment. Absolute joke of a service. Don't get me wrong Dr clarke and Dr reddy know their stuff and are really good Drs, but i think whoever runs the practice needs sacking and a good clear out of all the useless staff that work there. Im switching back to my old Drs as this place is a complete joke. Avoid at all costs.

Unsure who regulates GP surgeries if anyone but they need to because this place is a joke. They are there to offer free healthcare, one of the things we are so fortunate to have by living in the UK.Phoned yesterday afternoon… their STANDARD response “You will have to phone back at 8am in the morning. Phoned at 8am and got through by 0830… sorry no appointments today, call back Monday at 8am. I wish I had a full time job that was complete by 0830.The stress and anger this surgery is putting on people that are just trying to access healthcare (generally because they are unwell) is shameful. If they are unable to run a successful business within this sector and help people then they should focus their efforts elsewhere. My anger towards this surgery has grown over the last 12 months to the point of now taking time out of my busy day to write a negative 1 star review which really should be 0 stars if I could.If anyone from the practice actually reads this then please pass it on to the powers that be, have a meeting and discuss what you need to do to make changes and start helping poorly people that are asking for your help.

This doctors surgery is in complete disarray. I have no issue with the doctors, who when you get to see them are knowledgeable and professional. Trying to see a doctor is almost impossible, trying to see or speak to the practice manager or anyone with responsibility for the surgery is out of the question.At the most difficult time imaginable there is no support no compassion no common sense just frustration after frustration. 3 hours on the phone this morning nobody answered.I will be taking this further with the QCC and my local MP

I recently registered at this practice after moving from Sheffield back to wickersley, I am 38 weeks pregnant and no one is helping get any midwife appointments booked in, I have rang 5 times now and no one on reception will help chase the referral they have sent off, they won’t even check if the midwife is in the building so I can speak to them, honestly useless

Good luck getting through to make an appointment. Takes an hour to talk to someone from being caller no3 in the queue (which I don't believe they are spending 20 minutes on the phone to each person) then they have no appointments left and tell you to ring back tomorrow. No issues with the Dr's or staff it's just the booking system that obviously doesn't work

I'm fuming! Receptionist useless. You know what the doctors are amazing but some of the receptionist are either rude or condescending. Not only that to be told that the number I have used from day one of being at that doctors isnt my number and that it's not my preferred one which is apparently why I missed phone call and voice message" my phone has had no phone call or left messages I've stopped everything I needed to do today for 2 hours just in case the phone went off and you know what for a number that's not my preferred number they sent a message to me this morning for pictures of my symptoms how can you contradict yourself like that? I'll be filing a complaint as I now have to waste my day tomorrow trying to get another appointment for because of an explanation that let's be honest makes zero sense!"

My parents have had an absolutely terrible experience with this doctors surgery today. The website clearly states that there are future and on the day appointments available to book. My dad had barely explained that his wife was very unwell when the receptionist, in an extremely condescending tone, interrupted him and said 'don't go any further, I have got nothing'. What kind of service is this? Should we all be going to A&E for ailments that traditionally and absolutely should be dealt with by our local NHS doctors? You had your time in the pandemic when you were refusing to see anyone, that time is over and you need to start providing the service that our taxes pay for. What is the procedure for booking an appointment then?? What do you have to do to be able to get one? My mom very very rarely uses the Drs, and would not do so just on a whim, but she is very unwell and there is no service available to her which is suitable because this medical centre refuses to help patients who need help. It's appalling, and your receptionist staff are rude, unhelpful and condescending. I am very glad that I don't live anywhere near this surgery and would strongly suggest others do not register here. My parents for sure will be registering elsewhere. All I can finish by saying is, trust the 1.9 star reviews, they are completely accurate.

Lovely staff , very helpful and kind , from the doctors to the nursing team to the receptionists , I've always had good service and appointments when needed, I have been here 30yrs and would not choose to go anywhere else .

My baby was ill and I couldn't get through to my GP so I rang 111. They said they booked it in so someone from my GP should ring me back within one hour as it is an urgent matter. They didn't ring at all. Not within an hour and not even that day. Later on that night my baby was rushed to hospital in an ambulance. This is our second day here and who knows how many more we'll have to stay until she gets better?This GP have failed to contact me regarding my seriously ill baby daughter. If they can't even be bothered about a tiny little baby, I can't even begin to imagine how deeply they would care about their patients who are grown adults.

My husband has been very ill and I rang to speak to get an appointment today as he was in urgent care yesterday. I was told a Dr would ring me. About an hour later I was telephoned by what I thought was a Dr whom was very helpful and understood my concerns that he had not seen or spoke to a Dr since taking ill 3 weeks ago.I asked for them to continue his sick note of which they agreed to then be sent one that has the wrong date. I rang the practice to be told that the nurse I spoke to this morning , Nurse !! I was never at any point been told it was not a Dr I wasn’t speaking to but a nurse so again my husband has still not been seen or reviewed by a doctor.
