Gurvir is a class of his own, genuinely. You really don’t think of your photographer as the top of your priority list, but it really is the most important element of your day. Gurvir made me feel so comfortable, gave good direction and ultimately created art. You definitely have to pay a premium for Gurvir but it is more than worth it.

Honestly, Gurvir Johal photography is a complete work of art! This is truly how we felt.We’ve been cautious when it came to choosing a Wedding Photographer for our special day. On recommendation of a friend and the beautiful portfolio he’s produced for others, we decided to book him.On first conversation, we found that he was extremely professional, friendly and we got along with him really easily. Onto our pre-wedding shoot, he did not fail to impress us, the photos completely exceeded our expectation. We loved it!As the wedding was approaching, Gurvir provided guidance and you can easily tell he’s had many years of experience as a wedding photographer.The wedding took place and the photos was turned around within weeks! Let me tell you, I don’t know if he’s a mind reader but the vision we had, he captured it all. It’s memories we now have for lifetime, we can’t ask for any better.Finally the album, 4 months after the wedding, it was in our hands! That is super quick and the photos, just captivating and quality written all over it.Thank you Gurvir, it was a true pleasure.

We were recommended by family, however, we had explored with another photographer, but the first meeting sealed the deal for us. It felt familiar and comfortable and surely that is what you would need if you are having a camera in your face for several days.Gurvir was the only choice for us on our special days. Gurvir was our wedding photographer for our Indian wedding celebrations. From our initial phone call, he was helpful and very professional. Leading up to the wedding we had a few phone calls around the itinerary, family portraits list and general advise on how to handle the day - Indian weddings are not straight forward!During the various pre wedding and Indian wedding ceremony, Gurvir was very punctual, consistent and even flexible when we ran over or I wanted to slightly change the times. All traits which were very appreciated! My partner isn't Indian so all the guidance throughout the big day was invaluable.His photography style is simple beautiful. The pictures were artistic, natural and captured the emotions of the day beautifully. He captured some lovely natural shots as well as the formal portraits with a classic backdrop (even if we took those pictures in a kitchen)!For us, Gurvir's work really shone when we received the printed album, only four months after the wedding. That's when we both really had a whole new level of appreciation for his art form.The only thing I would ask for is to be given just one or two pictures within a few days so I can post and show family/friends. We booked Gurvir for our wedding and Pre Wedding in July 2022. He was very professional and approachable, his craftsmanship was amazing!! Gurvir gave some great advice and guidance leading up to the day and on the day!Lots of compliments from the photos and a very quick turn around in receiving the pictures and the wedding album.Would most definitely recommend Gurvir to capture your wedding events, you won’t be disappointed.

We chose to book Gurvir after short listing a number of popular photographers. Gurvir never pressured us to pick him and gave us fair advice. We were not disappointed!The team photographed our pre shoot, pre party and wedding day for both sides. All the pictures were perfect and really captured the atmosphere of the events. Gurvir never took control of our wedding, which was important to us, he only gave direction when we asked his opinion. He always made sure he got the best angles, no matter what it took. Even if you feel uncomfortable with taking pictures, he’ll make sure you’re relaxed and enjoy the whole experience!Our wedding was at the end of September, photos given by end of December and album picked up today! We didn’t have to ask about anything, we trusted him completely and would 100% recommend him to family and friends.

Would definitely recommend Gurvir. He is very professional and the turn around for receiving our album was around 4-6weeks which was great. The images came out so good. The album itself is very modern and sleek and we absolutely love it. The album design created by gurvir is better than anyone other photographers work that I have seen!

Gurvir was absolutely amazing in capturing our Asian Wedding! We’re so glad we picked Gurvir to be our wedding photographer. Not only was he super honest about pictures and positions, he will go to extreme lengths to get the shot. Don’t be surprised if he’s hanging off a wall! Our pictures came back super quick and we’re able to share our album with my family before Xmas, having being married end of July.
