Do not use kitchens expensive and badly fitted one door damaged and filled with wood filler. Doors don't close properly

Had a mishap in my kitchen and one of my painted doors was burned. I thought I would go back to Unit Design to see if they could assist in this matter. The kitchen was ten years old and I was holding out much hope. After explaining the problem and telling them I really required it fixed asap as my wife was unaware of what I had done. I got people from all over the company coming to assist in the matter. One person in particular, Clarke, who originally designed the kitchen was most helpful. He informed me they no longer made this kitchen but new exactly the name and colour of the kitchen doors. He told me to leave it with him. One day later I got a call to come and collect the door. What a relief for me the door was fixed and my wife knows nothing of the incident. I could not believe the after service I was given for a Kitchen they designed and installed ten years prior. Moving house shortly and I know exactly where I will be getting my kitchen from.Many thanks Unit Design

Definately best i've seen and definately best in North Down. Great value for money. The fitters were truly professional and cleaned up after work done.

Very friendly staff was able to bring home samples as i couldn't decide straight away. A lot of colours and designs to choose from.

Bought our Second Nature kitchen 5 years ago from Unit Design and it’s a beautiful painted kitchen. At the time we asked for touch up paint just in case we needed it. Despite asking several times we got nowhere. Roll forward to now and there are a couple of places we need the paint and after being unable to get the paint online due to GB sellers refusing to ship to Northern Ireland I called Unit Design. Oh yes they said we will check and call you back. Several weeks later not a word back from them at all. Their aftercare service is non existent.Second Nature though have been fantastic once I reached out directly to them.

Installed my kitchen units several years ago. Still in excellent condition, dark units. Now considering painting them to update as I'm sure they will do a great job.....
