Can not thank you enough for the great work you have done by changing our bathroom into a wet room for my wife Lynda …. she has now got her dignity back … The two guys Wayne & Andy went above & beyond to explain what they were doing & how they were going to do it. At the end of the day they always tidied up & removed all rubbish. Top work guys I think you should get employee's of the month for your work. Thanks again Alan & Lynda ( Lyn )

I'm writhing this on behalf of my 71 year old mother, mint north west installed a wet room a month or so before Christmas, I found the workmen to be friendly and very helpful on the times I met them but management patronizing and sometimes slightly arrogant. My issue with the wet room is as followed out of the three hand rails installed two have completely come of the walls and one is almost offThe seat they installed is also almost off the wallOne side of the floor is almost completely come from the wallI was going to contact this company but after reading Debora Lawson review from a year ago I will not allow them back into the property and will pay to get someone more qualified company to come resolve these issues

Mint have just completed a wet room and kitchen adaptions for my husband. I have to say I cannot fault any of the guys that came from beginning to end. They were all friendly and just got on with the job. They were very clean and tidy too. We are so pleased with the work that they have done. Thanks to all of you.

Our experience has been nothing less than exceptional. All employees were prompt, polite, took the time to explain what they were doing and left the site of the adaptation neat & tidy at the end of each day. All questions were answered, suggestions listened to, and one man made a great aesthetic suggestion that we went along with and it looked great. This is certainly a company that goes above and beyond. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others and will be using them again should the need arise.

My dad had his bathroom converted to a wet room. The firm took care of everything! From start to finish the service was beyond imagination. From excellent customer service to professional advice and fitting to suit each customer. We were reluctant to have it done due to many concerns we had...the owner himself took care of it all. He was very polite and caring. He rang to go through all the stuff before work commenced and also made a personal visit at the start. He put our mind to rest and delivered to expectation within promised timescale. I would really recommend this firm because they really care and provide a magnificent service throughout.

Mint installed a new bath for my disabled daughter and were an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble and all staff we dealt with were very helpful and polite. COVID measures were very safe and stringent too - everything was sanitised on completion of the work. Would highly recommend this company. Many thanks.

SUMMARYA year ago we resided in our much-loved family home (of 12 years). After this company were employed to fit an accessible kitchen, we lost everything we worked our whole lives for. The after effects of coming to terms with it all led to our teenager having a stroke.*********************In June 2016 Mint Northwest were employed by our Housing Association to fit a wheelchair accessible kitchen in our home. Upon drilling through a wall, they accidentally caused a house fire in the cavity wall insulation. Three fire engines attended from 2pm to the evening. For the first wk and a half Mint Northwest put us up in a Premier Inn and Travelodge (something we were extremely grateful for as our HA did not step in to help, claiming this was Mint Northwest’s responsibility). After the company did some restoration work, they then wished to move us back into the house. However, this was against medical and insurers advice (who deemed it uninhabitable twice). Having professional’s advice ignored, subsequently risking our health, left us feeling powerless and understandably frightened. After the initial 1.5 weeks of help, the company explained they could no longer pay for our alternate accommodation and we were left homeless and to fend for ourselves.5 months on, the house was still deemed uninhabitable by both our and the HA insurance and stood empty. After scientists were brought in to perform lab tests on the house by the HA, it needed further work to make it safe for anyone to live in again (including insulation being ripped out of the cavity, loft etc).My son whom has ASD, failed his exams due to extreme stress (which were days after). We were moved 13 times in 3 months often in rooms with no accessible facilities (meaning I had to be carried into the bathroom). We had to stay out of area and even found ourselves being left on the pavement surrounded by our cases with nowhere to go (I am a power chair user). I had to turn to my own insurance for help (who had never come across a case like it) and our savings were wiped out paying for expenses. I have also had to claim on my own insurance for my contents, through a non-fault claim. The local authority were brilliant and stepped in and accepted a homelessness duty on us and we were eventually rehoused. However, everything we have ever worked for, and the lovely home we had created was replaced with a shell of a property, donated 2nd hand beds from a church and newspaper up at the windows. We were left with nothing apart from the clothes off our backs. For 7 months, I went without medical equipment (apart from my chair) including being without machines that help to prevent potentially fatal conditions such as DVTs and PEs and my health has suffered beyond comprehension. Our lives have been completely shattered. Part of me wonders if the company even realised when they walked away what happened to us and the life we have experienced as a result (and the extreme physical pain I have been left in).Our home was my haven, somewhere I loved and I'm sure so many people relate to that. Yet we have been left with nothing and are facing the exhausting prospect of starting again from scratch. Our lives have been blown apart by a mistake this company made in our home. I don't think any of us will ever recover from what happened. I don't feel anger towards this company, just overwhelming sadness.*UPDATE. The after effects of the incident continued for our family. Our teenage son with ASD was so affected by the loss of our home, all his belongings and the way we were treated / left to fend for ourselves and rebuild our lives from scratch (and the fear we have felt), he went on to have a Subarachnoid haemorrhage (a stroke) at the end of March. Like us, he had been left suffering with PTSD and depression and days before the bleed he was particularly upset about it all. The hospital confirmed the stress of the fire and how it was subsequently handled was the cause.
