Ola and Steve are exceptionally helpful and have been of great assistance with guidance on size of storage. This is our first experience of storing furniture and we would certainly recommend Titan. Perfect facilities.

Stored my stuff here for approximately 4 years. No complaints as apart from the initial setting up of my account I didn't really need to deal with anybody. Free to come and go at a time that suited me and the facility was always clean and well lit, and always felt secure. My only bug bear is that they only look after new customers and not loyal, long standing customers. I had asked to moved to a bigger unit and it would have been nice to have been able to take advantage of their 8 weeks at half price" deal that they offer to new customers. Because they were unable to match this or offer an alternative incentive for me to stay

Stored stuff here for 5 years - never a problem the onsite tram are very helpful. When i didn’t need the anymore they were super helpful with cancelling our contract. If ever I need storage again this will be my first port of call

Still in middle of job but most impressed by the whole set up and Steve's interest in how things are going. First time using a container and had no idea how the system worked. I have been reassured every step of the way. Incredibly clean! Thanks

Myself and my husband needed store to made a bit more space in our flat. As we live in Maldon there are nice and close, we are so on a budget and they are value for money they were a lot cheaper then in Chelmsford. The staff were happy to help and friendly.
