Amazing club, great staff and a lovely environment.I’ve lost 1 stone since joining two months ago and I feel the fittest/healthiest I’ve ever felt.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The gym itself is small and cosy and the instructors are nice and we did enjoy our sessions there. That is not the problem. Their flexibility and availability for my family wasn’t great. If I had of known this I would NEVER had joined. Things were ok at the start when we were on leave and school holidays. But when my son in law was on exercise and college started and new jobs started and we needed to change our days. That became a massive problem and they couldn’t fit us all in. I sent numerous emails and texts asking for my money back as they cannot fit us in and I had already paid £315 for all 5 of us. But Instead of getting my money back I got blamed for not being able to fit into sessions that he has available and a very long email blaming us. Unfortunately life does not work that way and we need a gym that has space when we are not at work or college. So this gym is a no for me. Still haven’t receive my money back and I doubt will and will now have to take further action to get it back. Not professional at all . So if you have a job with limited flexibility and are going with family members at the same time this gym is not for you. Very disappointed as I have paid a lot of money for a service not received. (Should I receive my money back will update this review). I have no doubt I will get a response to this blaming us again.

Bodyworks is fantastic! I never thought I would find a gym that I would consistently attend but 2 years later I'm still here and enjoying every session. The trainers are all amazing - supportive, encouraging and check every single time for any injuries so that workouts can be tailored. Love the regular one to ones to keep on track of goals and fitness. Cannot give this gym enough stars and would highly recommend!

I have been to a number of gyms over the years, for me, this is by far the best . Being now in my seventies I thought I may be too old or lack the drive to consider regular workouts. I was wrong the team of professional fitness coaches tune your workout to suit you, whether you are aged 17 or 90.

Bodyworks is a fantastic gym, this year I was diagnosed with cancer. The whole team have been supportive from diagnosis to recovery. They have given advice and support on my fitness due to many other members who have been through the same thing.The group sessions are great and worked around my ability. Can not thank the team enough.

Equipment is very shoddy and not looked after. The whole place is run down, including missing carpet, bits of wall falling off and mould on the ceiling. Not helped that the manager won't turn on the aircon.Not worth the money in my opinion.

I have been a member for only a couple of months, Keith was very professional and understanding when inducting me into this new to me style of gym life and to him and the team I am grateful.I started from a very, VERY, bad place, unable at times to climb stairs without a struggle, quite in-flexible and alarmingly obese.Although at this point I have yet to see any weight loss (due to a poor diet, it's on the list of things I need to change!) the gains I've had in other areas are all positive, such as flexibility, strength and stamina, all of which have improved noticeably in just a couple of months and going twice a week to work with the PTs, with some hard work I'm sure bodyworks will be the difference between success and yet another failure.
