Came to see the leaking roof, promised to come back, never came, tried several phone calls no answer. I will not recommend this company

We had problems with our roof leaking after the recent storms. Rowe Roofing were quick to come out and assess the damage. The workmen took photos of the damage so we could see exactly what was the issue and what needed to be done. We are very happy with the work they carried out and the problem is now solved and would be happy to use them again.

My neighbour had his roof redone and guttering done from this company.The problem I have experience as a neighbour is that the centre join of the neighbours gutter line has been moved directly above my bay windows. It should have joined at the centre point between the two properties.I own a semi-detached property, the company for some reason decided to carry the work beyond the centre, over my property, which has caused a leak and damage onto my roof.I have spoken with my neighbour and have contacted the company directly. They completely refuse to acknowledge the job. I will try once more to contact them if not I shall begin legal proceedings as they have had over two years to rectify the job.

I've used this company several times over many years. The last time this Thursday I had an issue with my gutter and it was pouring with rain and it was flooding the side of my house. I rang Jason @13:30 who was busy with another job but he said to leave a message. The rain got worse and I sent a text asking @15:00 if he could come as soon as possible, thinking maybe tomorrow. He turned up unexpectedly at the end of the day @17:00 just as it was getting dark and he must have just finished work. He fixed the problem and was actually leaving without payment. I asked him why and he said it was a small job and not to bother paying anything. It had only took only him 15 minutes for him to sort it, but he had come at the end of a long day, driven over to my house and made the effort to fix it in the rain because it was causing me a problem.Well done Jason, thanks for looking after a customer who was in a jam - there are not many like this and its *appreciated*. This is what you want - someone who turns up when you are stuck. All the other work I have had done (a few days here and there) over the years has been spot on as well and reasonably priced.

Said they would come and look at a job . Never came . Called them and asked them to get back to me. Never did ! Avoid

Myself and my family have used Rowe Roofing for a number of years and the work is always second to none. On this occasion we had several leaks on a slate and flat roof, Jason came straight out, diagnosed the problem. His lads started a couple of days later and did a fantastic job.

Unreliable, unprofessional and just plain rude.My wife booked a job with Rowe Roofing several weeks ago and was given a firm start date for Monday of this week. She phoned to confirm last week and was told the job was in the diary. When no-one showed up on Monday she phoned again and was told that all the workers were busy on other jobs and that the various parts needed had not yet been ordered. The secretary said that the owner would call my wife back. He didn't. Eventually my wife managed to get hold of him and he told her not to worry, it would be done by the end of the week. When she called the next day to check when we needed to make sure someone was in the house to provide access, the secretary hung up on her. I left it until this morning to call back and again asked, very politely, when the work would be starting. The secretary said she was cancelling the job because she was sick of us phoning up, saying that they didn't need one-day jobs like ours and asking Is that clear enough for you?" We have workmen coming in next week to do another job and needed the roof doing first. Rowe Roofing knew this but have left us in the lurch."

Excellent roofing contractor, the roof looks fantastic and retains the character of our Grade II listed cottage. Jason & his team were polite and arrived when they said they would, the job was finished on time and we cant thank them enough! definitely recommend.

I've used Jason a few times (3 I think) and he has always been punctual and very reasonably priced. On the last occasion (actually 2 years ago) I had a roof leak I'd just discovered on the day I needed to go to the airport. Jason turned up within the hour on a Saturday to look at the problem - a huge relief. He patched the roof and put new tiles on and there have been no leaks since. I was waiting to check there were no leaks before the review and ended up waiting nearly 2 years because I forgot! Jason has also done our roof ridge tiles and discouraged us from spending more money than we needed to.
