Outstanding duck breast. We just had more delivered today. This has to be the best duck breast I've had, possibly ever. We will definitely enjoy dinner tomorrow and will order more.

I went here on a POP UP vaccination clinic to vaccinate staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Many of the staff do not speak English, so colleagues from their country helped to translate our questions into their own languages which were Polish, Romanian, Lithuanian and Czechoslavacian. This was my first experience of being in this environment of a mass industrial farm. I was really impressed with the facilities and efforts made to provide health and safety information in a variety of languages. This included information about preventing modern slavery.

Quite a while ago now I used this company. Worst customer service I've ever known, 25 years as a chef. Decent duck, though unhelpful with any specs/requests. Stopped using them when they sent ducks I hadn't ordered for the third time. Same excuse each time, 'we couldn't get hold of you so we sent them anyway '. Each time I was assured it would not happen again, when I phoned to complain the final time and refuse to pay for the last lot one of the owners put the phone down on me.

Most unhelpful customer service I have ever come across, originally took about 3 months to get an email reply from Chantelle about supplying us with chicken thigh meat in pretty large bulk.Recently enquired again and have not had a reply.Real shame as used to use the chicken through a butcher (Happy to pay a premium) and tried our best to keep using after they shut down.

I ordered the £ 35.00 box after tasting this wonderful duck at the Tytherleigh Arms pub and I was extremely impressed with it, after researching how to cook a duck breast to perfection we enjoyed a delicious meal and are looking forward to ordering more! Excellent service.Thank you..
