Been ringing for last 4 working days to get a busy tone after pressing options and thats for both doctors one in gaer and st davids clinic the online e consultation is absolute useless instead of using a good system where if need to attend doctors or if it bad enough to go hospytal then it should automatically send the info to the relevant person so then action can be made. Useless service makes you wonder why they get paid what they get paid

Rang on a Thursday asking to speak to the doctor about my mum who was due to be discharged from hospital the next day. Was told there were no telephone appointments available until Monday. Did eventually speak to a doctor, but he wasn't helpful. Dr Sami always had time for you. So sad he's gone.

Unfortunately while this doctors has been great to me up until now since St David's have taken over service has in my opinion started to slide. Certain staff can be unhelpful (personal experience) and waiting times have shot up. This and the fact services are becoming more restricted has me thinking will this surgery's brilliant reputation become a thing of the past

Terrible place to find, on arrival found a building hidden behind a tree, sign not visible from the road. Its archaic, felt like my view, on my health, was not taken into account. Never again…..

Before St Davids took over the surgery was clean and tidy, now tho it's disgustingly dirty, when you book an appointment, be prepared to wait up to an hour after ur appointment time to be seenTotally disorganised, come back Dr sami all is forgiven
