Pasadena Dental Surgery

All the staff were wonderful from reception staff Mel to the Dentist Mark Troy and his assistant Claudine. I had unfortunately cracked my tooth off at the back and the Dentist Mark repaired it to a very high standard, he was so gentle removing the piece of tooth, I didn't feel a thing, the staff are very kind and sympathetic towards your needs too. The professionalism was excellent in the clinic room, adhering to all Covid rules. Thank you so much Mark for your kind care and attention and to your staff too, Mrs Lesley Clements.

I’m so glad I was able to register with Pasadena, the receptionists are lovely, very polite and professional. My Dentist is very gentle and does not rush treatments. His assistant always welcomes me with a smile and is very caring whilst looking after me during treatments.I would recommend this dental practice 100%

What a woeful dentist. Not been able to get an appointment with them due to covid then they moan that you haven't booked with them and should be removed as a patient. Previous work was poor quality and left me with an abscess for months despite root canal treatment and nerve removal that failed. Stay away from these if you can.Edit: An expected response. Not sure how I'm meant to come to an appointment when I'm in hospital frequently. Also I was only having to return due to poor quality treatment. Numerous visits didn't help an abscess despite root canal treatment and nerve removal which have failed.Decided to go with a dentist that has good reviews and ratings who fixed the issue.

Today I had to make an emergency appointment to see a dentist at this practice. The receptionist Maria was extremely helpful but also sympathetic to the fact that I had visited this practice about 18 months ago and had a bad experience with a male dentist ( as in he was really rough and caused me pain). Unfortunately I was told it was the male dentist that was available but as I was in so much pain I had to go back there. I was physically sick and petrified. It turns out they have a new guy there. Dentist Mark Troy and his dental nurse Claudine. I cannot tell you the difference in experiences I had. They were amazing !!!! Mark was sensitive and gentle and diagnosed the problem immediately.The previous dentist had set me back 50 years to when I was scared to death of the dentist. This team have totally restored my faith in dentistry.Thank you to Maria, Alex, Mark and Claudine. I'm no longer afraid of going back to this dentist and that will help me keep my teeth xxx

I would give a zero if I could. Good dentist but the front desk staff is not helpful and rude. She made mistake on my husband appointment about a month ago and we told her we are not quite happy about the service because we took the day off and attend the appointment but it is not the correct one been booked. And we still have to pay for it. Today I tried to book an appointment for my husband and it was the same person on the phone and told me my husband has been deregistered from the practice without inform us, also no reason given. Worst dental experience ever, any place have front desk staff like this will significantly affect their business, even for a dental practice.

Was with these for a handful of years. Got sent a letter to inform me that they are no longer doing NHS patients. Have since not found another dentist that does.

Always amazing. DR MARK TROY and Claudine amazing. They have now left and the practice is now private. I can’t afford the treatment so had to leave . I now have no dentist for my daughter and I and she needs constant dentistry for her braces and I am epileptic and I cannot afford to get an infection incase of seizures . I cannot find another NHS dentist

Avoid!! Was with this practice for 6 years, they messed up a filling replacement early on, causing me 6 years of discomfort. When they went private I switched to a private dentist closer to home and they fixed my tooth discomfort in one appointment. Also I have trouble with my gums but no help offered from Pasadena, not even mentioned. New dentist has me on the road to getting sorted with this. Definitely would not recommend Pasadena if you value your teeth!
