Paw Print Veterinary Practice

Wonderful care for our old cat Spike. They just love him.Another visit with Spike this time for a tooth extraction. Had to have an overnight stay as he ended up having eight teeth taken out. He had wonderful treatment but cost us four times what I paid to my dentist for a tooth removal. He is now well on the road to recovery.

My two dogs are already registered with Paw Print and we always have a good experience! But I have to leave this review after recent events. My 86 year old Grandmother has recently had a very unwell 14 year old dog who we initially took to a different vet (who the dog was registered with) where we experienced absolutely no compassion whatsoever. I did NOT want this to be my grandmothers experience of the last couple of days of her dogs life. I rang Paw Print to explain the situation and that I would really like to be booked in with them after the positive experiences I have had with my two dogs. They were completely understanding and registered my grandmothers dog on the system and offered us an appointment the same afternoon. We saw Gemma one of the vets at Paw Print who was absolutely amazing. She was so kind, calm and compassionate with my grandmother. Our boy Wally was peacefully put to sleep that afternoon. Thanks so much Gemma and Paw Print for making Wallys last few moments so peaceful. Thank you thank you thank you x

I changed my vets to Paw Print after a long time and a few bad experiences with another practice. In the short time that my Dalmatian, Bailey and cat, Sushi have been with them they have looked after them both wonderfully. I initially joined the practice after my cat had a partial tail amputation elsewhere, which had gone wrong, and had to have a full tail amputation. The care and guidance was second to none, and the vets take their time with you, are genuinely concerned and put you at ease. Shortly after, my dustbin dog ate something that he shouldn't have, and again, they were fantastic. The vets are knowledgeable, caring and kind and you are not made to feel as though you are on the clock. Can't recommend highly enough. Thank you.

Brilliant service from beginning to end! Having had a huge quote from my local vets I rang around to compare costs and on recommendation I rang Paw Print vets who when we went for a consultation gave us a very good price for my 12 year old cat to have 2 teeth out and plaque removal.We took her today and they actually took 6 teeth out, gave her fluids and blood test.Sophie doesn't travel well and usually throws up and messes herself so one of the staff helped me clean the mess and was so understanding.The vet prescribed something to help her with the stress of being in the carrier/car going for the op. as the practice is about an 18 miles journey from home compared with 3 miles to our usual vet.The practice is definitely worth the 5 stars and I will gladly use it again.

I don’t often do reviews, but with service this good, I have to! I can’t thank the people at Paw Print enough! It was my rescue German Shepherds first visit to a vet with us and they made it such a good experience! So so happy, friendly and made such a fuss of our Ani! They stock the Versican jab which was very hard to find until we stumbled across these guys… I’m so glad we did! I’d recommend anyone to visit these guys! Thank you so much again ❤️

I cannot thank paw print enough for the compassion they have shown me today. I had to have my bearded dragon put to sleep due to him having a brain tumour. Thank you so much for caring the way you do xx

I can't recommend paw print vets enough! I've had a few times where I've come to them with my dog really poorly and they have always fitted me in. They are so kind and caring and professional at all times. My dog is anxious and they are always so patient and understanding. I would highly recommend them!

New to this vets. The staff were very friendly and the vet was very good with my dogs. Returned a week later for check up and sorted 1 dog out with leg.

As always I was dreading my first visit to a new vets but it was extremely unfounded this time. The receptionist, the vet nurse and the vet made us very welcome and made such a fuss of my nervous Border Collie puppy, Scout, that she didn't want to leave! They took their time allowing Scout and Sky to have a good look around and even gave my girls treats. I was charged a very good price for my appointment based on previous vets bills and was offered some very good advice in regards to training schools for my girl Scout.For me the experience of going to the vets is as important as the experience of going to the doctors. If it feels like a business and the doctor/vet treats you just as a paycheck then I would not return.Paw Prints Vets treated us like long lost friends and we left the surgery very happy.The practice was spotlessly clean and there is parking at the front of the building.We highly recommend this veterinary practice as the continuing care and respect they show to my dogs and I is second to none.

All staff were so polite and helpful! The only vets I’ve been to with my hamsters where I haven’t had to diagnose them myself! The vets here are very skilled with rodent health. I’d say I don’t look forward to visiting again because that would mean my hamsters are ill again but it’s such a lovely environment here
