Best Western Victoria Palace Hotel

I stayed here for two weeks. I had a suite which included bed-sit and full kitchen, very nice bathroom. I became very ill the second week. The management got a doctor to visit me, including prescriptions. I was in bed for the full second week. The porter and the cleaner were both so kind to me, under direction of the management - they brought me food and made me cups of tea. They stopped in two or three times a day. I cannot praise this hotel too highly. It was wonderful.

Really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great location, most things a 20 min walk/tube ride/uber away. Very central to the palace and monuments. Overall a pleasant stay, I just wouldn't expect it to look like the pictures on Google if you visit. The rooms are pretty small. Good for the price though, clean and tidy... no real complaints, just fairly average rooms.

This place was very well furnished. Breakfast was great but goes cold very quick. Rooms are perfect size with air conditioning and central heating. Only negative though is when others above flush the toilet, shower, sink etc. you can hear it through the floor.

The cost is very low, so my expectations were not too high to begin with. That said, the room, while small is all you will need for a short stay in London. Nothing fancy, but all the essentials in place. And the breakfast provided by the hotel is worth the extra money. Especially if you are looking for a full English breakfast. The staff are friendly and the facility is well kept.

This was a decent place to stay. It was clean, though very small so if you have a lot of luggage you will be in for a tight fit. My room was downstairs which was reached from a narrow stairwell which a low ceiling. A great place to rest your head before exploring the city.

We stayed in a triple room which was too small for three people to live in, even though just for five days. It was difficult to walk around in the room. The windows were a strange phenomenon for us, because there was no real possibility of closing the second one (the first one had a screwing mechanism to lock it with). We stayed on the first floor and there was another roof beneath our windows, so anyone could have got in our room without us knowing during our absence, or worse - in the night. The air in the room got all breathed-out during the night, because, of course, we had to keep all the windows closed.Apart from lack of space though, the hotel was pretty nice. The selection of dishes during breakfast was considerably wide, we did have something to choose from, but it wasn't something miraculous. The staff were very friendly - even helped us book a visit of The View From The Shard.And you can have a lot of fun looking at the pictures hung on the walls as paintings, because they look like taken from Google Images and put in a frame. Some of them very 'smartly' cropped :)*I got bedbugs from this hotel :-/

Spacious room for 3 on ground floor of annex. A couple of things in the bathroom needed attention but nothing significant. Slightly annoying early risers letting the front door bang shut from 7 in the morning. Primarily chosen for the great location, near to London Victoria Station. Friendly staff, no problem with holding our baggage on day of departure. Would definitely stay again and would recommend. Love from Ireland.

Very conveniently located for public transportation.The room and hotel were small. The room being small was fine because we didn't spend much time in it. The hotel was small which was also okay except there tended to be stuff left on the steps and landing that you had to navigate around.If you want ice don't ask at breakfast time because they won't have any. They also say they can only give ice to two guests at a time because that's all the machine can handle.

Reasonable price for staying near the city center in London. The rooms are small but OK if you only plan to stay in London for a few days. We could walk fromThe hotel to see the Thames, the Big Ben and the London Eye. The place where the breakfast is served is also quite small, but ok. The staff is friendly and helpful, hence the four star.

Clean, clean, clean.Comfortable APPF apartment with a bedroom (king size bed and a sofa), full kitchen and relent bathroom. The breakfast was also great. This hotel was life saver. I had a booking on the one next to this hotel and the misery made me look for options. Thanks to the friendly staff on reception we found a place.
