Brendon was really helpful, my mum’s car service light kept coming up on her Mercedes 2 days after buying the car and he was helpful by checking the service had been carried out on the day of purchase. His client service was good and was really nice and approachable!

Very impressed by the place and the professionalism of the staff. Ellie was very informative and helpful. There’s plenty of vehicles to choose from.

Mega choice of vehicles. The reps here are very knowledgeable and then go in like hawks once you start to shuffle and show your wallet.Overall happy with service and huge choice.

Good Afternoon despite all the negative comments from previous customers and me being a repeated customer in 2 years this is the worst experience with buying a car in my life. The time and inconvenience caused is not right and against consumer Law. No alternatives have been proposed to me other than I have to wait without a car until 30th Nov for collection how can this be lawful after sales policy.Two days after collection from Big Motoring world engine came on and it’s beem awfully downhill since this is a safety issue cars are supposed to be checked not customers panicking and worrying having to take to garage and dealer to be told there are serious problems with the car if I continued driving believing what I brought should not cause safety issues in under 3 weeks fuel could mix under the engine bay and cause fire this is very serious

They push for reviews on purchase. However cars are very poor after saleThe only reason they get so many 5 star reviews is because of the salespeople have a tactic to get you to review before you have even concluded the sale. They do this by acting friendly just asking if you could help them meet their monthly quota for reviews. They ask of you to write a 5 star review with their name. This bumps up the reviews of the whole place and masks the true reviews after dealing with aftersales.I’m 19 years old and spend a lot of my money buying a 2017 jaguar xe for starting a new job. This car had its service light cleared before I bought it, however after inspection when the engine blew the oil had not been changed for 60,000 miles and all the filters where original parts dating from when the car rolled out of factoryTried to bring this up to them and have been hushed to the side and ignored. This is now an ongoing legal issue that is costing me time and money.Do not buy from big motoring world, the horror stories are true.(Further edit)I have contacted big assist a few times now and even been into the after sales building. They listened to what I had to say said they would send out an independent company to inspect the car and have not contacted me since, I have been waiting for contact from B.I.G but have had nothing.I have even sent a letter that trading standards made for me after they sided with me after seeing the evidence themselves. This letter was tracked and signed for. No reply since…This company is known for having a shady way of selling and the more I find out about it the worse. After speaking to a few people close the owner of the business, I can’t say the people close to him are even fond of him.Shady company, shady service ran by a shady owner.

Wow what a showroom!Welcomed by a lovely lady who sat me down with another very attentive lady who made me feel at ease. The building was buzzing with customers and staff!Jade introduced her self as here to help and listened for what I was looking for, gave budget and in a matter of minutes she found what I was looking for. She then went off to get the keys to bring the car down for me to have a good look, while I was waiting reception then offered me a latte to enjoy! Better than Costa and it was free!!Jade presented me the car within 10mins, test drive was mixed with fuel carriage way and town driving so got to really feel the BMW! Discussions with part exchange and warranty were nice and easy, met Rob and Danny the managers who came over and asked how my experience was and even got me a milkshake, finance team were very clear and made sure I understood the finance agreement and Mairi at the end summarised how good everything was!I would highly recommend Big Motoring World! Everyone at blue bell hill branch really made a long term impression and represents how a customer facing business should be.A big thank you to the team especially Jade!!
