Enchanted Winter Garden
Extremely disappointed if I’m being honest ! The entire enchanted forest bit of the walk was in complete darkness due to a technical difficulty. Extremely rude staff who looked like they didn’t wanna be there . There was no performers on stilts walking around ? And it was £5 pounds for one hot chocolate !! You are basically paying 30 a pop to walk around a place that is free for the rest of the year . Madness

Basically paying to go into some amusements . No characters walking about or in their positions . Avoid this cheap money grab at all costs . I enjoy walking around the Christmas light section at The Range more

Well done to the organisers! Best Christmas event I have ever attended. Every inch of the gardens was decorated beautifully and Christmas music playing throughout, I felt so Christmasy! Good prices for entry fee, food and rides. Highly recommend and hope it happens again next year

Absolutely fantastic place, worth every penny! Staff is really pleasant also we brought our dog as this is dog friendly place too !

Great food, good traders and good entertainment. Very Christmas like. However, the staff are unbelievably rude and arrogant, and really isn’t necessary at all. Let alone the expenses of the experience and waiting time, it can get a bit cramped at areas. Might I had the horrendous nightmare of parking!!
