Great shop good mixer of everything. Pond and fresh. Good tank selection. Great range of pond food for a range of budgets. Lots of accessories. Really good selection of fresh water fish. Just missed out on 5 stars as not very many live plants that day. But I will be back.Well today I was back and lots of plants. So 5 ⭐

Fantastic services and proper staff that know a thing-or-two about fish. I've bought a new tank and other bits-and-bobs over the years. I highly reccomend here, over Pets at Home!

Fantastic place, seems well looked after, the fish look healthy and thriving! Good selection of products. Location is definitely a bonus with Dobbies next door and a big enough car park. Really enjoyed the visit!

We wanted some advice as are starting back up our tank.. they were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable.. they didn't try to just sell us stuff, and in fact advised not to go too fast.. They had loads of fish and equipment in stock. I'd definitely recommend these guys.

They have excellent knowledge of such a variety of species. Always visit when I'm looking for new additions or accessories and food. Q. One question, I have a fish thats outgrown my aquarium will you take back, maybe in exchange for some food. I have a 5inch Ruby Shark

Went to Thornbury because my heater packed in a very nice man called matt helped me out with swapping it over with no problem after going through records because i lost the receipt also gave me some very helpful information.

Nice staff, good selection of everything. My only concern is the plants looked to have a bit of an algae/beard algae problem which put me off buying any. But I see this a lot of pet stores, and understand it's probably a problem of too much work, not enough time!

they seem to know about products there selling,plenty of knowledge. a big assortment of different fish at different prices we bought 7 or 8 different size koi and some filter products. plenty of parking outside ,easy to get to .
