Excellent service from Alex Boldogh as always. Been letting property with him for years. He’s always conscious to find the right fit for me as a landlord but also the person(s) in need of housing to ensure everyone’s happy.

Called up about a faulty communal door, and it was repaired within an hour. Extremely polite and friendly service from everyone involved.

Very rude and non empathetic staff. You can tell that some even look down on you when communicating with them, especially the management. Either need to invest in training for the entire team or it all needs to change.

I tried desperately to get through to a human being. NO SUCCESS. The options given did not cover my needs/ enquiry. Totally frustrating.

Should be called Jobsworth not wands, going by the people who work here. CAN TELL YOU EVERYTHING YOU CANT DO, WILL REFUSE TO HELP. It seems like ignorance is bliss" is the workplace motto. KMT sort it out u jobsworths"

When I came to pick up my permit for car, Althea Gayle (one of their horrible Estate Manager’s) - tried to patronise me in front of her colleagues that work there!! Shouting through the glass, while I was on a phone call. Waited nearly 45 mins for something that was apparently ready to pick up, had work to go back to! Don’t let these people bully you, they are AWFUL people.Believe that there is a culture here where no one cares or does their job properly!

I’ve had many years experience of renting my properties through Alex Boldogh and the Wandsworth and Richmond councils team. Alex is always helpful and clear. He goes out of his way to help both landlords and tenants, and has real integrity. The tenants he’s brought me have largely been great. They currently offer good incentives to rent through the team there.I would recommend alex and the team to any landlord who wants to be socially responsible and make money. Those two things aren’t mutually exclusive.

Jobsworth is a very good description for this place. Staff move slowly, are inefficient and don't seem to know what they are doing. Each time I've been here I've seen people snacking during working hours - not illegal or immoral but having front office staff tipping a packet of crisp into their open mouths doesn't give a very professional impression.I applied for a replacement visitors' parking permit in July by attending the office in person, filling in the relevant form, and getting one of the staff to take a copy of my driving licence (I naively thought it would be processed more quickly this way). She told me patronisingly that it wasn't a same day service and I would need to call back in a few days (someone would call me to let me know when it's ready, apparently). Fast forward two weeks, there's no phone call and when I call into the office to ask about my permit, my application has mysteriously disappeared and nobody knows anything about it. I filled another form, get my driving licence copied again.....and guess what, no phone call and no permit. I couldn't get through to a human on the phone so sent an enquiry online asking where my permit was. I received a phone call back telling me that I needed to 'make an appointment to come in' bringing a different proof of address and my permit will be issued on the day. Why did nobody tell me this in the first place?! Three journeys and several wasted hours later I finally have a parking permit.
